We purposely look for hotels where a hot breakfast is included as it really adds to our stay and is very practical for our family of 6. This breakfast has the potential of being great, however, some changes would need to be made. Such as: 1) you Must hire an additional breakfast Helper! The one lady did her best but because there were a lot of people, items kept running out quickly and she was back and forth so much. I felt sorry for her! 2) Get another waffle maker, as having only one led to a long line of hungry people waiting for a change at a waffle. Then only to find out that in the last hour, they ran out completely of waffle mix! Even from the back. 3) I would Not recommend serving out-of-season fruit such as slimy watermelon next to the yogurt. Something like Blueberries or blackberries or strawberries (if available) would have been much better. :). 4) Your Juice machine was out of order. Other than that, I think it could be great. 😊 Cleaning staff was excellent. I saw a gentleman working hard cleaning up after breakfast with a smile. He also was able to get me a couple extra towels when I asked. The hotel rooms were EXCELLENT. Very large and spacious and comfortable. 5 stars on the room and overall cleanliness of the entire hotel. Front desk lady did go and help the one breakfast staff who was struggling to feed the crowd once she was notified that she could use some help. So good job on providing necessary back-up. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't move all night because they were so nice. Very grateful for this stay overall and would still recommend it. Especially for large families.

Only one breakfast staff. You need 2 for sure! Juice machine out of order. Waffle mix ran out during breakfast hours. :/ Out-of-season watermelon next to yogurt. Maybe offer a pork substitution like Turkey bacon or Turkey sausage as well :)

Great stop between Las Vegas and San Diego. Very clean and very nice.

We arrived late, 9:45 pm. With 4 kids. We got only 3 towels in the room. When we called the front deak, the nice guy told us that he doesn’t have any extra towels to give us (!!!). I asked him if he can see that I paid for 6 people because I thoght it was my mistake. But he answered that he could see that. Just after I explained him that it doesn’t make sense to ask us to share 3 towels he told us that he will check again. After 5 minutes he asked us to come to the front door to pickup 3 towels. I didn’t want to argue so I did it but the whole situation was so frustrating.

Front desk woman was very nice. We liked being on the first floor and so close to breakfast, which was better than I thought it would be and loved the yogurt bar and salsa for eggs. Server was working hard to give alternatives when they ran out of coffee cups and she was so nice.

No jacuzzi and pool was cold. Social hour was only Monday through Wednesday and I think if they had something daily, that would entice more guests to socialize.

A bit pricey but it’s worth it for the time that I went but I wouldn’t change a thing about this hotel actually other hotels need to be just like this hotel wonderful hotel wonderful staff would Recommend it to all my friends and family

Parking because they have all the new cars Teslas and cars that need to be charged up in the front So it would be nice if that was different just at the location that I stayed

Breakfast was excellent and the size and comfort of the room was wonderful

Everything was great until we came back from being gone all day and our bathroom would not flush. Called them in the Am and finally asked for a plunger so we could fix it ourselves. Also, I booked a room for 5 people and only had 2 towels. Otherwise great stay

Omg the staff were so sweet and nice very Accommodating to my needs. The beds where so excellent to sleep on I asked the front desk lady who makes those beds she went out of her way to find out the brand. That was awesome of her THANK YOU FOR HAVING GREAT STAFF

The comfort of the rooms. Everything you need is there, full kitchen, I can prepare my meals.

The room above me was noisy, sounds like children running around, I would request the top floor next time. The parking lot had lots of broken glass in it, understand that the parking lot is shared with a restaurant

Brandnew hotel with gorgeous decorated suites. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was very large, very clean, very nicely decorated. Great bed, great shower, great kitchen!

No real bread at breakfast (there were some bagels), so we had to bring our own bread to make toast, but that is not really an important issue.

The hotel itself exceeded my expectations! Staff was extremely nice, and everything was very clean! The only thing was the location! San Bernardino itself isn’t a very convenient location, it’s quite the drive from everything.

The breakfast wasn’t that bad.

super clean and friendly facility. the hotel itself is very nice everything is well maintained and the staff was amazing. The night we stayed the facility lost power but the staff made us feel comfortable and were very understanding.

there wasn’t anything we did not like during our stay.
