My friend had just flown in from Thailand. He needed a place to rest before I was to come down to pick him up. This was during the last record snowstorm so my attempts to drive down to Santa Rosa were thwarted and he had to stay over a few extra days. The staff at Doubletree was very understanding and held the room for him without any increase in price. They were very accommodating.
The menu at the in-house restaurant could be improved with a few more selections. Other than that I have no other suggestions. A fine place to stay and I'd recommend it highly.

Nice, clean and value for money stay in Napa Valley. Stay was very comfortable, restaurant was decent too. Room was very spacious with a large attached washroom. Napa Valley can be expensive so a great place to say which is also a bit easier on the pocket.
Was a bit far (~30 mins drive) from some of the famous wineries in Napa region, but we didn’t mind as the drive itself was quite beautiful.

the staff was amazing we love the chocolate chip cookies they are the best. the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was excellent
the secret hidden fees of parking per night were horrible. and then also the hidden 50 dollars a night deposit hold. it was just a little bizarre. i also decided to extend our stay by a week and they missed one of the days I needed they did get it handled but it was a bit stressful with the reservation not being 100% correct.

It was a bit of a trek to get to our room when we checked in. We noticed the parking lot closer to the building our room was in so we started using that instead. It would have been nice to be told about the closer parking lot at check in.

Friendly staff. They were courteous and answered my many questions. Even helped me to figure out how to operate my digital key. The Hilton Honors app was a little fickle with verification, but that's on corporate.
The restaurant that is shown as being in the hotel has closed. No steak! ( poor me ). The breakfast selections could definitely be better. Prepared microwavables seemed kind of beneath the quality of the dinner offereings.

We stay here frequently when we’re in the area both of our daughters go to school nearby. Very clean comfortable property with good amenities. This was my first chance to swim in the pool and it was wonderful.

We didn't eat breakfast there. But sincerely liked the Jaquez in the evening. And the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were the best. Were could I get some of those? Also the warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival!
That I had to pay to park in the lot. other hotels in the are do not charge to park your vehicle.

Nice hotel. Lobby was large and well furnished. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice.
When I arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation so they had to create a new one which took a while. They couldn’t figure out how the reservation was lost. Hotel was sold out but luckily they were able to find a room for me. It was aggravating as I was very tired and didn’t expect to have such a long check-in process.

Nice big hotel room. Love the warm cookies at checkin. Clean facilities throughout.
Some people were smoking by the pool and others were cussing and playing loud music, and there was no oversight by management. I also didn’t like paying $15 for parking.
