Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean! I used and enjoyed the pool and fitness center. No complaints and a nice place to stay. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast at this time. However, within a five minute walk there are multiple restaurants available and a coffee place.

I prepaid for breakfast for 4, but noticed I got charged again on my credit card. The error was corrected the following week after a phone call by a very nice lady in the accounting department. But I was disappointed that it even happened. When I checked out I was told I would receive an e-mail receipt, never received. I was glad I noticed the extra charge on my credit card.

Great grpunds - good food from "to go" cafe - nice and friendly bar attendant - great shower

parking arm was non-operational most of the time; not enough towels; no vent in bathroom; unfriendly female check in attendant (didn't give directions to room or map of facility)

beautiful lobby and courtyard. didn't get to enjoy the courtyard due to rain. Firepit outside was nice though - they did offer complimentary smores in the evening. would stay again

on booking.com it mentioned a welcome complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. Didn't get that, but that's not a huge deal. There is a charge of $40 per night for extras. Didn't stay too long so can't really say anything else. Overall stay was really nice.

The situation of the hotel is central but quiet and made it easy for us to walk downtown. Our room had a small courtyard which gave us the opportunity to enjoy privacy of an evening outside.

Initial entry to our room had a stale smell from the bathroom drains. This did pass as we used the room but it was a bit off putting at the very start.

The room was clean, Large tv, front desk gentlemen was great upon checkout.

3 pillows on a queen bed for 2 people. Should have been 4. Pillows were terrible. Squished to nothing when laying on them. Toilet paper holder on wall BEHIND you. Prices still high with lack of room service. Still using "covid" excuse. Again prices high without receiving room maid service. Also, for guests arriving late some small food and drink options would have been great.

Valet was great, esp with someone who is traveling solo and doesn't have anyone to help with baggage. The front desk was informative. The breakfast area even though I've seen better was good, esp the staff. They were accommodating and provided what I needed. So, my experience was positive in staying one night. IF I decide to pass through Santa Rosa again, I plan to stay at your hotel. Thank you!

I rated the value lower because the breakfast could have been better. The shower in the room could have been better, meaning the pressure of the water was just okay. After a long day of driving, the shower would have added to my relaxation. It would have been nice to have a hand spray shower, easier to reach to change the pressure, etc. Also, after registering, it would have been nice to receive a welcome bag, with waters and snacks.

Our room with a lovely patio was delightful. Beds were very good and the room was clean. There was customer parking rather than valet, which was good.

The only thing was that the room was very pricey for it's size and the price we were quoted was not the price tha t we were charged at check-out. I didn't catch it right away so I never got an explantion. Lesson learned...I should have confirmed before leaving.

Beautiful relaxing Hotel. The staff is top-notch from the valets, housekeeping, bartending, front desk and a special shout-out to the manager Mario. Thank you so much we had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon! The pillows and beds were super comfortable. There's a coffee maker in the room and a small fridge. I like that the pool area was beautiful and had very nice lounging furniture. The toiletries provided are Neutrogena which is nice. There's a safe in the room. Location is great and within walking distance to several restaurants. The hotel is very close to Highway 112 entrance which either goes to Sonoma Napa or Sebastopol. The hotel staff is very conscious of security which I really appreciated as well.

The spa was closed for a day but it was quickly fixed.

Friendly welcome (but forgot the free glass of wine included in the 'destination fee'. Lovely swimming pool. Very comfortable and quiet room. Amazing location to walk 5 minutes to the old town restaurants, and also 5 mins off the highway (but also quiet somehow...)

See above re glass of wine. Also shame you have to pay for parking and i always think these 'destination fees' are a bit cheeky.
