Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa

Staff was EXCELLENT - helpful and accommodating. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.

The first room I was given had poor wifi access. Staff were very helpful and moved me to another room that had better connection. *Owners of this hotel* - please invest in better wifi. For $230 per night, I expect great wifi connection especially when I’m traveling for work. This is also gives your staff an unnecessary issue to have to deal with that is out of their control. Just do better and just make sure all your rooms have wifi connection is it really that difficult. You’re lucky your staff is so great and there was another room available or else I’d be a very unhappy customer.

everything as far as room was concerned was very nice and what is expected from a Marriott - the staff were very nice and helpful

the heating on the outdoor pool was broken down - i like to swim at least once a day and it was just too cold - if i would have known when booking that would not be possible, i would have chosen another hotel, in spite of generally finding Marriott hotels great

Excellent location to the downtown area, about a 12 minute walk from hotel. We were given a handicapped room so there was lots of extra space in the bathroom! The provided shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing! The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, we did have a small fridge which was a nice surprise! The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful as well!

Very little water pressure in the shower. No hand lotion or hair dryer...that’s about it!

Been here before and will conitnue to choose this hotel. Not only is it a beautiful, cozy hotel...the staff are awesome. Tess at the front desk is always bubbly and very helpful....as well as the other staff. A plus for us was having a MICROWAVE in the room👍👍👍

The property had a new feel to it. The room was very comfortable. Though we arrived at 12:30am, there was a pleasant staff member there to greet us and check us in. It is located in the very charming historic downtown area of Santa Rosa.

Location was good if you don't mind listening to the train signals at times. Luckily, no train sounds while sleeping. Quiet and clean room. I liked the option to buy food at the small bistro.

Did not like the extra parking fee.

Pleasant and friendly staff! Clean rooms....microwave in the room was a plus plus! Apart from the renovations, this place i would definitely recommend!.....and ofcourse we'll be coming back!

We had a good stay for my birthday. The receptionists were very helpful from our check in at 4pm on August 29 till our check out. Special thanks to Tess at the reception who was very helpful answering our questions! Great service, would recommend.

Conveniently located to local restaurants and cute shops. We had a great time hanging out around the fire pit at night.

Beds are too hard and shower needed to be snaked - standing in a pool of water while you shower isn't fun.

I only had coffee , they were out of decaf though.

I thought it was overpriced. The mattress was a little bit soft for my tastes
