Staff was very friendly, especially Dena. Pretty quiet, pet friendly

The shower had a lot of long black hair in it, and the cable was constantly out or flickering. The floors were absolutely disgusting. If you walked around barefoot, your feet turned black, old trash under the bed

Check - in, room cleanliness, space, quiet, furnishings- comfortable bed, chair, good desk with plenty of plugs, accommodating for later checkout.

Slim cable offering, TV remote not fully functional, 1 soap in bathroom - work space for one, but not a place to bring colleagues - these are minor issues. Unsecure free Wifi is a more pressing concern.

My only complaint is our 4 days there, we were never able to get a coffee maker for the room. So please purchase more coffee maker’s so it is standard in every room! Thank you for the kindness of staff and well kept property!

The People that work there are very friendly and compassionate. I’m having a hard time but it’s getting better because people have showed what true professionalism is all about.

It Was a little noisy a few nights upstairs at all the hours in the morning

Very over rated. It is not breakfast. It's a couple of snacks and a hot drink. Still handy.

The have a big space and can host a Deli van that can offer takeaway food. Saves going a long way to restaurants.

Room was large, beds were comfortable. We had a corner room and it was quiet during our two night stay. The kitchenette functioned well for cooking our meals and there was plenty of fridge space.

Not much in the neighborhood, be prepared to drive out for anything and everything. Easy highway access though.

the staff was amazing and friendly!! the most personable hotel staff I’ve ever seen! really made us feel comfortable and taken care of and the kitchenettes are of course a great addition to the room!

a little more room for parking would be great. there was a lot of large equipment in the parking lot. Also, a softer bed with more pillows would have made this place a 10/10. we really enjoyed this place! Not much to complain about!

the suit was clean bathroom was very clean ,kitchen in the unit was very handy save a lot of money location in the center of the city close to all shopping and destination lots of free parking spot ,

they dont clean the room frequently

Breakfast was satisfying could have had more options esp. diabetic options. Vending machines could have had non sugar drinks ie- stevia. Could have small snack s options thru out day.

Could have a central location, like exercise area,swim/hot tub,crafting area and just a central meeting area.

Hope & the other ladies in the office were very friendly , helpful & accommodating.

Some of the cleaning staff would get frustrated when we approached them to give or ask for towels or toiletries. Also they used to serve breakfast but don't & don't have coffee In the rooms either.
