San Clemente Inn

It had all the kitchen amenities I needed. The cutlery and plates were beautiful and clean. Even my husband was so impressed. The front desk stuffs were so kind. We checked in bit early so we could take ocean view room ,the sunrise and sunset were so beautiful and relaxing for the whole family.We were so happy!!!Everyone said We want to comeback again!!! We are going to book again for spring break!!

There were enough storage shelves. And there were enough of towels, toilet paper, etc. necessary for the period of stay. If I were to make a request, I would have been grateful if a hook was set up so that I could hook my bag or clothes lightly.

I actually didn't request a quiet room as you stated in your last question but our room was very quiet. I requested a ground level room with no stairs which we received & appreciated very much! We always love our stays at San Clemente Inn! We have stayed in the junior suite many times. The room is always very comfortable and very clean. We love that we can prepare our own meals which makes the vacation more affordable for us. We love the beach at the pier & spend all our time there. The beach is our "Happy Place"

The room setup with a kitchen area, big fridge, couch, and separate bedroom was perfect for our 4 night stay! Kids loved the Murphy twin beds in the living room plus the bathroom has two doors so it can be used by either room without waking people up! Outdoor pool, kids and adult hot tub plus beautiful gardens with tons of room all around to hang out or just enjoy the beauty. Some bbq area and places to play even.

Nothing really! We do like breakfast at most hotels, but this is more of a resort style with your own kitchen, so that's just fine.

Loved all of the amenities available. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm on a cold day. The whole resort was well kept and clean. Love the dedicated space to grill and have a picnic. Staff was very attentive and nice. Overall, wonderful experience

There should be ice machines closer to the rooms. I only found 2. One at the pool area which closes at 10pm so I wasn't able to access at night. And the other was on the opposite side of my hotel room, by the vending machines. Another negative experience was when I called for late check out for 11am, a woman answered and was rude. She refused to give us late check out, claiming they were booked on a Sunday. When I checked in on Friday, I was assured that there would be no issue in calling in for late checkout and that there were plenty of vacancies that weekend. For the price we paid for the weekend, late check out should not have been a problem. All other staff were fantastic

The location was great. Pool, grounds and hot tub was great.

The room was clean but carpet was old and dirty looking due to stains. Also, housekeeping was sporadic and maids claimed they did not speak English. Did not have service other than towel exchange for 3 of 7 days. The room needs to be updated.

We have stayed here many times and always enjoying the amenities they have to offer. This trip we were lucky enough to get an ocean view and enjoyed spending time out on the second floor balcony overlooking the state beach. It’s always really great to have the Murphy beds for the kids and kitchen with all the essentials!

The last day we stayed there it rained nonstop and we had a water leak in the bathroom vent. We were leaving so it didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

The property was clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the location was very close to the highway so it was easy to access, the restaurant served good food

No breakfast was offered at the property, the restaurant in the hotel was open only from Wednesday to Sunday, the wifi in the room was slow

Loved the outdoor facilities. The people working there are super friendly and helpful!

The interior of the rooms/kitchen need to be refurbished as it’s quite dated.

It had beautiful kept up grounds, many activities (including mini golf and corn hole), a nice clean pool and jacuzzi. We also loved that the hotel had its own restaurant downstairs with delicious food. Our room was upgraded at no expense to us. It was a clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated suite! We were both pleasantly surprised at how nice everything at the hotel was.

There wasn’t a thing we could find wrong with the hotel.
