Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter

Loved the location. Walked everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing. The staff was great. Everyone from the bellmen to the hostess was very helpful and happy!!

Furniture not comfortable. More for looks than comfort. Took forever to get warm water, never got hot water.

Location was excellent. Daily room clean, sheets, towels.

A weekly list of things to do, see, concerts, baseball games, etc in the area. Concierge wasn't always available to answer question, make suggestion, reservations. The receptionists were efficient at checking us in, but neglected to explain charges that might appear on our card, so there was a surprise when checking out.

Always like this hotel and location. I wish they would open up the restaurants like everyone else has.

The hotel has "hidden" fees. They don't call it a resort fee, but there is an additional $25 fee per night. They also charge $50 per day for valet now. And if you don't pick your car up by 11am check out, they charge an additional $50. When I checked in and they saw it was through booking.com, they made me sign a waiver stating additional fees added to my room. Other guests stated their room included breakfast for the same rate as ours. But it was an additional $26 per person for us.

The location is perfect. Room was large and comfortable with good beddings and great shower as well as good toiletries.

No onsite self parking (even if for fee), valet too expensive

Stellar location in the heart of the Gaslamp district, modern comfortable amenities, nice lounge and friendly staff.

My close View of the sunny, clear-blue San Diego BAY & Seaport from my King Room’s French Balcony open window was exhilarating & Extraordinary! I sat, relaxed and dined in that space from lunch ‘til dinner! Breath-taking!😁

The heating system is antiquated and did not work in 2 very nice French balcony rooms that I had to switch from! Not good, H.😕 Hope they move into a 21st Century heating/air conditioning system ASAP!

For the price of the suite it could have lose some updating the furniture was kind of worn it's starting to look old you can barely see out the window it was so dirty. And the $25 fee is outrageous

the shower pressure was horrible. maybe they need a new shower head because the one they currently have didn’t feel great

Hilton is a good hotel,with friendly staff and its gray location to everything near you.

The restroom did need a little more cleaning.found a lot off hair from previous customers.other than is it’s good.

Overpriced for the quality of hotel room. Overpriced parking.
