Location is great for us. Rooms are nice. SERVICE terrible, need better house keeping

The floor was dirty. I asked for a broom to sweep it. Lots of hair and food crumbs. No apologies. Lady at the VERY rude.

Good room. Refurbished. Great bathroom, very comfortable beds. Nice couch, good TV. Front desk folks were great. Mary actually called me in PA, without prompting, just to confirm a request I placed online. Location chosen due to proximity of a relative I was visiting. Last trip I made the mistake of staying at the dreaded Rodeway. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor of the Bus terminal. The Mirage is a great value. You will not be disappointed! I will be back! (Pics on Booking are good & accurate.

Great location - 2 blocks from the beach. 1.4-1.8 miles from San Francisco State U. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. Room was nicely decorated and furnished. Bed was comfortable. Linens were nice. Value considering you are in San Francisco was good.

Woman at front desk extremely rude. She does not belong in the hospitality business. when checking me in she wasn’t pleasant at all. after I checked in I had to call to report that my refrigerator wasn’t working. she refused to assist in anyway. One morning while I was leaving the hotel to take a walk I said hello - she wouldn’t even say hello to me.

He owner was very rude. My reservation didn’t show up in the system. I told the owner I had the confirmation number and everything to proof I did the reservation, but the started yelling at me saying it’s not his problem because is not in the system. He didn’t even look at my reservation in my phone. He told my to called booking and ask for my refund. I asked him to checked again and he got really mad and rude. Worst customer service. Customer don’t deserve to be treated like that.

Location and Parking are this properties best asset. The check in was efficient. The lady at the front desk was nice. I appreciated her kindness in explaining the extra deposits and why they had them ($350.00 at check in, reasonable after explanation.). Thank you!

The hallway carpets are pretty messy/stained, but the rooms themselves seemed to be updated with microwave and mini fridge and a comfortable bed. You should bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but I enjoyed my stay.

The hallway was a little sketchy (carpets are stained, walls need painting) Exterior of building could use some TLC too, but the room was very clean, and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom gleamed and I loved the tile and furniture. I felt safe in my room.

The hallway.... stained carpets, and dirty walls. When I was making my way to my room I seriously thought I had made a grave mistake to book this hotel. However, when I opened the door to my room, I was pleasantly surprised because the space was beautiful and spacious too!

I had room 101 which is right across from the lobby. Quiet and comfortable. Bathroom is amazing and the shower felt good after a long drive. Vending machine for drinks but bring cash. I would definitely stay again. Right across the street from SF Zoo, so now I know where to book so my kids and I can walk without having to fight parking.

I'm a light sleeper and I could hear the car outside my window when they parked and when they left . But nothing major.

Not much to look at from the outside. However room was great.comfortable bed. A little noise from couples having fun if you get my drift which didn't bother us and it was Saturday night. Across from Zoo which was our destination next day. Off street parking.

Just a little noise. Gap under door which let hall light and sound in.

Quiet, clean, comfortable room right next to an awesome convenience store/deli/coffee shop and another coffee shop. No homeless around, very family friendly area. Right down the street from zoo, we walked. Also walking distance to beach

No breakfast but we just went across the street to George's

Shower heads were Amazing, close location to the Zoo,Beach and the "L" munni bus that connected me to wherever I needed and wanted to go. This is my 2nd time staying here. The Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, the family that runs the business is a little bit Dry, kinda flat expressions.but otherwise the Hotel was Great and I would stay here again and I have recommended it in the past to family and friends and they have also stayed here with the same conclusions; great Hotel, owners a little hard to get answers to re: on how to get around the city.

Overall it was a great experience.
