The room and bathroom were very clean and bed was comfortable!

After a certain time, parking was very limited. And woke up to a man laying in the hallway talking very loud on his phone. I would feel better knowing that hotel staff were doing walk through of hallways, just to make sure unwanted guests were not present.

Checked in Friday afternoon. 2 young ladies working. Very friendly. Very helpful with my questions about different ways of getting to my destination on Saturday. If it wasn't for her knowledge & advice, it would have taken me hours to get back to the hotel Saturday night.

Checked in Friday afternoon. Saturday morning I dropped my earring in between the bed & night stand, when I picked it up there were huge toenail clippings, super gross. I didn't mention it to front desk, I know we are all human and miss things sometimes. When I came back Saturday night, checked & they were still there. They were not in a tight spot or unreachable. I feel like they just rushed through the room.

Breakfast was better than expected (expecting US standards very low). Room was clean. Good for a short stay.

Hotel did not answer messages sent via booking app. Tried to ask about the airport shuttle. Had to call them twice when arriving to SJC airport, and the calls get very expensive calling from a european mobile service. Hotel sent uber to pick us up, first one did not find us. Had to call them back, and they called us another uber. Uber drivers did not do any effort to find us, we had to ask all cars ourselves if they are the right driver.

The room is okey but only one chair provided in the bedroom. Comfort room does not have a hook on the door to hang your clothes, only one on the side near the door. Please provide a trash can in the bathroom too.

I have to really emphasize to the front desk that the room should be on the ground floor since I am disabled and my sister with me have recently a few weeks only have also a knee replacement done to her. I really have to beg to be granted a room on the ground floor. When I booked my reservation, I have emphasize that I am disable and cannot climb the step to far from the room.

stayed the night before a flight from San Jose. the location is great for the airport and the rooms are quiet enough for us to sleep despite the planes. the bed was large and comfortable. the room was clean and well maintained.

the parking situation is not clear. the staff at the desk do not clearly indicate which bays are ok to use and which are part of the neighbouring fast food shop. we left around 8:45 in the morning and were not ticketed but it may have been luck. would be nice to know the parking bays and where we could park safely so we didn’t have to worry about it

The room we stayed in was clean, for the most part. The bed was really comfortable. For it being close to the airport, it was a quiet stay. I like that they had real food for breakfast and not "breakfast in a bag".

I was not impressed with the shower. We were given a disability accessible shower, with a removable shower head at the waistline. A room like this should not be given to someone with no disability. Showers were uncomfortable. The pool was closed, and it was a warm weekend, we were looking forward to some pool relaxation, so that was a disappointment.

The breakfast here is excellent and the room very clean and updated. Staff was helpful, but there were a few issues.

2 days in a row, no towels in the pool area or gym. Housekeeping changed little towels, but forgot big bath towels. TV didn't work for 1st 2 days and had to ask the front desk to send maintenance twice before it got fixed. First time maintenance man came at 10am and walked in on us even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

The price was good Quick easy check in that accommodated my special requests. Breakfast was good. A lot of variety for both adults and children. Much better than your typical continental breakfast. Has a bar area to enjoy cocktails Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Liked the chaise to watch tv. Check out at 12.. Most hotels are 11 Overall, good inexpensive place to stay. Would stay again

Disabled room on 2nd floor. However had a elevator. Parking is scarce. Room was on smaller side No fan in bathroom.

The cleaning person of the room very friendly and his performance very well. about the very delicious and different breakfast every day. Hotel in a good location and very friendly staff When I needed some repair on some electronics, maintenance came in a short time and repaired everything

What I did not like is that they do not clean the room every day until I require it. On one occasion the tenants on the 2nd floor made a lot of noise during the early hours of the morning. The pool is not indoors and I couldn't use it because it was very windy, it would be better if it was indoors

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was simple but plentiful (waffles, muffins, pastries, eggs, coffee, etc.). Rooms had plenty of room. We were four of us and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We came for the 49ers pre-season game, so we were close enough to take a Uber/Lyft where it didn't cost more than $20 for a ride. Hotel is right off the freeway. Burger King near by as well as a gas station. Very convenient.
