Aloft Denver Airport at Gateway Park

Front desk staff were cordial and efficient. The room was clean with a simple modern design. The beds were also comfortable. We appreciated the soap and shampoo dispensers with good quality soaps in the shower.

Just a couple things to make the room better. This hotel room was just starting to feel aged with no USB charging outlets, and some fixtures in the room that felt just a bit dated. Also, it could have used a couple extra pillows in each bed.

I explained above already staff and cold and no communication with front desk available except in person. I had to leave my room.

Lori at the front desk was awesome! incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. we decided at check in that we would like to break up the last leg of our holiday travels and just stay another night at the hotel. She quickly took care of all our needs. we have now stayed at the DIA airport twice, soon to be 3 times and it quickly becoming our go to place in Denver. it’s become our go to because it’s value for money, close to where we need to be and mostly the people that work so hard to make you welcome!

Fun decor, shuttle that runs super late, helpful staff. Suffering really bad from altitude sickness. Since the room wasn’t needed immediately, they gave me a late check out. It was extremely appreciated. I tell everyone about Aloft. It is a budget hotel that never, ever feels like a budget hotel. I also like that it has plenty places to plug in electronics.

Some of the carpet is starting to look worn, the shower head was corroded, which wouldn’t allow it to be titled down. Therefore, the shower ran into the bathroom. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.

First off I would like to say that the staff there were exceptional! They went above and beyond for my family. I really do appreciate that. The room was nice clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. We went swimming and the pool was not heated at first but then maintenance came in and took care of it, kids and I did not want to get out after that LOL I would recommend this hotel. Especially since it’s near the highway and you have a lot of different options for food, activities And shopping!

Staff was friendly, attentive, water pressure in shower was great, room was pretty dark for sleep, blackout blinds worked well, face wash sink very unique, modern room design

Beds too soft, no floor trash chute/bin, lighting options in room too inadequate; no dimmer options in the restroom area, breakfast didn't include free juice options, no USB ports in room, no microwave in unit, no do not disturb placard

Everything was great customer service and amenities was great

We stayed in Aloft Savannah, nothing was functioning and the room was not clean.In Denver everything was fine, they gave us a good room.Clear and well maintained.

The girl in the morning had an attitude, But the girl at night was very helpful and solved our issue quickly.she was multitasking, and quick.Thank you

I loved it, had a great stay and enjoyed the unique design to the room.

That I can no longer rent there due to a slow payment on the day we were to extend our stay for a week. I was told to pay the bill by 10pm before the attendant on duty got off work. I tried calling starting at 9pm and was unable to get an answer.. since I was 10 minutes late, the reason I was calling we were given 30 minutes to vacate and I am have a Do Not Rent on this property. I had to get back physically with a card... that I could’ve given them over the phone. Ruined everything good about this place.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable less expensive option for this area. We needed a reasonably priced hotel close to the convention center and that’s what we got. Other than the AC not working in our first room, we were happy with our stay and would most likely stay again.

No microwave in the room. Community microwave in the lobby which I found a little odd.
