Quality Inn and Suites Denver Airport - Gateway Park

Rooms and common spaces were very clean and had a lot of space. Breakfast was amazing.

The location cleaned with a very heavy scented cleaner which I am highly allergic to. I had to get a hold.of my Dr to get a prescription allergy medicine to handle staying there. I recommend using a hypoallergenic cleaner to all service facilities. I also recommend picking up the trash from extended stay rooms daily.

Convenient to the airport, quick checkin, shuttle service provided, breakfast provided, staff was pleasant and hotel was pretty quiet. Was granted a later checkout.

Tried to use iron and ironing board - both were broken. Requested a replacement and was told someone from maintenance would be there soon. No one ever showed before I checked out.

Love the room sizes love the people at the front desk rented a room across the street and wasn't satisfied with the room sizes are with the people that work for the company I've been staying at the quality inn for years and I always get good service always good recommending love the remodel

There's nothing that I don't like

So, my keys fell out of my hand and into the crack of the elevator shaft. Management told me I would have to wait until Monday or pay to have the elevator company come out and retrieve them. Long story short, management decided to call the company in the end and the manager personally brought me my keys. I'm so thankful it worked out and the company got my keys back. My whole life was on that Keychain and I live out of state which would have complicated everything had I waited a few more days. Thank you!

The only thing I would change is the shower needs better water pressure and I couldn't get the bathtub stopper to work.

The room my husband and I stayed in was clean and comfy and quiet with a great view!!!

There were people walking around and being served with no masks in the midst of COVID-19, there were tons of barefooted children running around the halls and we received no permit for parking and were given no information about check out time, breakfast (whether it was served or not), no info on really anything in all honesty!!! We were treated like another transaction!!! Upon checkout, we were still treated the same way and the staff at that point wasn’t really personable our entire stay!!!

I love this property because it has a swimming pool and it’s not too far from my nieces house but yes it’s really way far out there by the airport We were scheduled to stay at home town studios but they messed up on the room really bad I really love the pond outside full of ice and snow and I saw two coyotes my granddaughter really love the pictures we also saw a lot of birds nearby

I did not like the fact that I was charged on my credit card and also on my husbands credit card so you guys took the payment twice instead of double verifying that I had to call back today and the guy told me Marvin to call back tomorrow

I liked the suite feature and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The gal at checkin was very personable and helpful and I felt safe and secure as a woman traveling alone.

I noticed that the dark color of the swags of the drapes showed dust accumulated in the folds of the fabric. The mirror was in an awkward position too. You had to stand behind the table to use it. I also was surprised by a $100 deposit despite having paid gorgeous the room already before arriving that wasn't mentioned in the website which tied up my money while I wait for it to go back on my card.

overall the front desk staff were very repectful& help with any issues or questions asked of them. housekeeping employees were very polite and did excellent job in the performances of their duties.i felt safe& secure in the building and outside & guests& staff followed protocol in making sure mask were being worn.

breakfast didn't consist of any hotel or cold cereal or milk.

We stopped for just a few hours to sleep during our layover. We arrived around 12:30 and left at 5:30am. Breakfast hadn’t been served but there was coffee. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle is complimentary.

I wish I had known to contact the hotel as soon as we were ready to get shuttled from the airport. I do not think the shuttle runs regularly unless you contact first.

The night desk gal looked and acted like she was in the last place she wanted to be. would've been nice to have her smile when I checked in at mid night.
