SYLO Hotel Denver Airport, a Ramada by Wyndham

It was quite big and spacious, the staff were accommodating and especially the shuttle service was great, they didn’t just take me to and from the airport but also drove me to a supermarket, no extra cost or anything. The bed was comfortable and the shower very nice, I also liked the way the sink hat the feel of a vanity. The general feel of the property is nice and for the price completely fine.

You could hear everything going on even three doors down, there was a connecting door in my room to another room that was thankfully locked but the guests in the room next to me tried to open it which is quite scary for a solo female traveller. The card reader didn’t work (my card did work completely fine, I checked when getting groceries) which stressed me out quite a bit.

It was clean, spacious.

Breakfast was an awful experience. We had an early flight, so we (among other people) were at the breakfast area at the time it was supposed to open at 6:30. It wasn't open. 5 minutes later, the receptionist (!) open the breakfast area by turning on the lights. No coffee. Twenty minutes later sleepy cafeteria help walked in. We asked for coffee, instead she started mixing juices, moving stuff around in what felt like deliberate attempt to ignore multiple people's request for coffee. That was very rude and unprofessional!

Good value, has simple breakfast and free shuttle from the airport included. The staff are really accommodating and nice. Clean rooms, it did not trigger my allergies, I have asthma. I will keep coming back as I travel a lot for work and I need an affordable place to stay if I don't get a flight, I rather stay here than in a crowded crashpad.

Everything was good. Just the carpets are old need to be changed and some outlets are lose but was able to make it work to charge my phones.

The young woman at the front desk was fantastic! She was the only person on duty that night, She had to check people in, rush to get me ice from kitchen as guest ice machine was broken. Did it all with a great attitude. Close to airport with dependable shuttle service and ok price for travelers having to spend the night in Denver due to missed connecting flight.

The place is in disrepair: ice machine broken, pool out of order, hallway under repair (I think). Outside and grounds were OK.

Every person we encountered from the hotel staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. They went WAY above and beyond for us and it was very appreciated. Shout out to Dwayne for all the rides to the Gaylord and even stopping at the Dollar Store so we could buy some forgotten toiletries. Also, big thanks to AJ for his help at check in and the kind gentleman who called us when we weren’t in the lobby for our shuttle at 4:15am — we would have missed our flight without you!

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hang clothing because the fridge and microwave were directly under the hanging rack. If you need your hotel to be updated, this might not be the place for you, but my group didn’t mind.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The cleaning staff was gracious and helpful so was most of the front desk staff as well as the evening manager

Check in was less than desirable the front desk clerk was rude and opionated she would not allow my husband to check in our reservation as per my instructions left on your website

No breakfast was offered. At least coffee could have been made. The beds were very comfy. We both slept very very well and woke recharged.

The shuttle was terribly unreliable. It was a bad experience both times we needed pickup from the airport. Waited over 1,5 hours each time. Thanks to Renee at front desk, she at least gave us a late check out. The other lady at front desk, heavy set african american, was a zero use. She 'invited' us to pay ~$22 to take a Lift. Her invitation was not appreciated and led me to wanting to cancel my reservation. Customer service is the main differentiator and cost $0. This lady offered none and is the only reason I'd write negatively. But Renee and her driver colleague who finally picked us up, older african american gentleman, made up for her low score and restored our confidence with their geniune welcome.

The gentleman that took my son and I to the airport at 3:15a was very nice and made us feel comfortable on the way to the airport early in the morning and the gentleman that picked me up around 7:30a was very nice and made the trip back to the hotel nice. I appreciate them and am thankful for them and that they took away the stress of driving to and from airport.

The room air conditioner growled through the stay that woke us up during our sleep.

Breakfast was ok. Room had everything we needed, including a fridge.

Breakfast ended too early every day. They couldn't get the pancake machine to work. The pool looked nice but was too cold and the hot tub too hot.

The breakfast area was Clean and well stocked, and the Biscuits and Gravy were a nice surprise, Appropriate seating was available and numerous. The Airport Shuttle was prompt and easy to access.
