Comfort Suites Denver near Anschutz Medical Campus

We stayed here mostly for the location. Its close to the transplant hospital. We are dealing with serious medical issues. Needless to say, the trip was a little stressful. It was nice to stay somewhere that was close to hospital, clean and quiet. I requested extra pillows online and they were already on the bed. Most places we have stayed at usually ignore any online request. The breakfast was nice. They keep the food hot and everything you need is stocked and available. The staff are great.. Edgar is informative and very helpful. This is an older facility, so it needs a little updating. However, impressed by the cleanliness. I've worked in this industry and know what a clean hotel looks like. Thank you Edgar for taking the time to answerall my questions.

Hot tub not working. Blackout curtains are too short. Couch was not very comfortable.

spacious rooms for the price, it was equipped for anything we needed. breakfast was good. convenient location. wifi worked well. wasn’t aware I had to request house keeping 24hr in advance if you’re staying for more than one night, I requested it on day 2 and they were able to accommodate which was nice.

at check in time; rooms weren’t available, waited in lobby almost an hour before asking again and apparently there were ready but wasn’t given a courtesy notification as they saw me waiting there. the pools chlorine smell is so overpowering as soon as you walk in, it burned my nose. elevators and hallways were messy and had bad odor. too many sketchy people hanging around the building, wasn’t too at ease.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. The location was great. Me and my girlfriend simply did a pitstop here for our road trip towards California and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The quality experience we got for the value was top notch. The man who helped us, Edgar, was very professional and very passionate about his work. Every interaction was met with a smile. Not just me but the whole hotel.

No view. But that's ok as we were only doing a pitstop. Everything else was very much exceptional. Thank you Edgar and the Comfort Suites Denver.

Great location close to airport and walking distance to train station. Shuttle service with personal driver who was so friendly and helpful. Staff were amazing and very accomodating. Overall a great overnight stay.

No Gluten free/dairy free options for breakfast and coffee. Couldn’t book the airport shuttle in advance but instead was told to call a few hours ahead,so had to ask a stranger to use their phone.

Great location for what I was there for (Med school graduation). Perfect location for traveling from airport to denver to greenwood Village. Able to accomodate a large party of folks, and free breakfast overnight! I liked the miniwaffle maker and the litttle nuttella packs they had so cute!

Room was a little dusty and found a moth inside within minutes of getting there. There weren't many other issues, but there just seems to be a noticeable amount moths in Colorado in general.

Even the the new girl mess me up on my money and charge me for the room . Not suppose to be charge. She needs to read the notes more carefully and pay attention. She screw me up bad they need to train the ppl in the front desk more and they need to pay attention more.

The king suite with the jacuzzi tub was a wonderful getaway from hard work. There was also a good-sized sitting room. I felt so spoiled and yet still at home. It even impressed my husband! The staff was amazingly nice. This was a great stay for a good price

I dropped my phone and got in the floor to find it. I found some trash between the bed and side table. Skittles and little clear sandwich bag... I don't care what people do in the room before my stay, but maybe clean thoroughly between guests.

The staff, Briana, Donna and Brandon( I think that's his name), excellent customer service. Very attentive, polite and knew what customer service was about. I would definitely recommend this hotel only because the staff makes your stay worth it!

The GM, she was rude, lied to me and was does not know how to give good customer service. I asked for a late checkout so the grandkids could swim again( due to having to reserve pool because of COVID19 swimming time was limited),usually they let you stay til 1 or 2 when possible. Sharon, the GM , first said 1130 am was that latest because checkout was at 11 am, then she knocked on my door at 1030am asking if I'd be staying or checking out. I told her I was just down there and you said I could check out late and she said we'll noon is the latest. This lady has no clue how to operate this hotel. She either needs more training or a different job.

Loved how BIG the rooms were and staff was happy to help with anything we needed The breakfast was fabulous

Hot tub was broken. And when we went to go swimming they were cleaning it I would think they can clean it after hours. There was small spots on blood on the sheets of the bed and gummies in the elevator floor

Big room, easy to get to downtown by car, due to covid (sept 2021) breakfast bags are handed out including an apple, sausage biscuit sandwich, orange juice, cereal bar, and muffin. I was traveling cross country with a lot of stuff in my car, the parking made me nervous but I did a lot of research to see the best area I would feel safe and there were no break ins to my car-Location is just right against at Taco Bell and train station down the street but for the most part felt the area was safe.

There were a couple stains around the room but nothing horrible, I think you get what you pay for. There really isn’t anything in the direct vicinity, not a problem for me but if people are wondering.
