Really good breakfast

The shuttle service I had to pay uber for my family because they dont operate after 12 midnight my family flight arrived late and there was no shuttle at that time and back to airport there was no shuttle according to the front desk agent no one to cover the break time for the driver between 9:15 to 10:30am and I had to get an uber again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating as we had to shift the dates of our stay. We even got moved to a room at the end of the hall on the top floor for more privacy. Size of the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

The layout/size of the bathroom was interesting - the shower and toilet portion was extremely tight. The bed was decent but a little too firm for our preference. Would have also liked some more grab and go options for breakfast.

I have to thank the guy on the night shift who checked us in. He made our late, and troubled arrival because of the flights, smooth and helpful. He actually extended our checkout to 1 pm to have an extra rest, and he provided us with all means of a great hospitality and professionalism. He is SUPER and should be rewarded for such an attitude. The breakfast was fine as well.

There was a noice that comes every few minutes, which might be a water pipes or sewage!! It was pound, constantly every few minutes. It can disturb your sleep by all means.

On our first night there, we got back to the hotel and our restroom was flooded due to a leak from the room above ours. I went to the front desk and Jennifer and another gentleman stopped what they were doing and proceeded to go and clean another room to move us into. Within 35 min we had another clean room.

I usually stay at Hyatt hotels because I like them so much. They're all very similar. The location was great and there were several restaurants and a 7 eleven within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like is the $5 bottle of Evian when you don't want to buy groceries after just getting off a plane and using an Uber or shuttle to get you to your destination and you don't want to walk late at night down the street to a convenience store.

The hotel shuttle was very handy (do make sure that you are on island 3, and the doors to your back read 505). The rooms were quite spacious and clean. Breakfast is included for free, and though it's a little basic it's perfectly adequate. Staff was also very friendly and have some great suggestions on where to eat.

Maybe we missed it, but there didn't seem to be any shower gel or shampoo. But that's my only complaint.

Didn’t have any problems check in and check out was smooth. Traveled from Dekalb IL and visiting my mother for the first time in years. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. SHUTTLE WAS GREAT! They get you there and get ya back! No problems.

$5 water I would have rather been offered tap water. Location was far from downtown Denver. 20 mins in Illinois seems faster than 20 mins out there lol. My room keys stopped working out of no where. Boyfriend had to request another and I had to use his when I got back from my moms house because it didn’t work. Wonder if it’s an inactivity thing or something.

Breakfast was great. Stayed 4 nights was hoping one morning they would serve bacon instead of sausage .

Several times the coffee urns were completely out of coffee.

It was easy and convenient to get to. Perfect place to stay the night before before I had to fly out from DIA the next morning, very early. I wanted to have dinner before turning in. This is really convenient. There was a great selection of restaurants all around the hotel, all within walking distance. Didn't even have to move the car, it was easy!
