Good WiFi, clean room, good breakfast

I'm a Hilton Honors member. One side of the hotel has view of the Rockies, the other side a parking lot. We got the parking lot view. I didn't realize this until after I checked into my room and felt it was too late ask for a room change at this point. In my opinion, the clerk should have made every effort to put us in a room with the best view available unless the hotel was full which it wasn't. We spent 3 nights last week in Colorado, all in Hilton hotels. I would have felt a lot better about choosing Hilton if my room assignment would have been handled differently. This is not criticism of the clerk at all. Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful.

Everything was good. The rooms were spacious. We asked for connected rooms and it was nice. Front desk staff was accommodating and nice The best thing is hot breakfast is back. Kitchen staff was wonderful and they were able to give us special eggs because of our dietary restrictions.

I think there were some suspicious people around the hotel and we also saw a car’s window broken in the parking lot. Not sure how and what happened

Best place we stayed on our adventures through Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, SD, and Nebraska. Breakfast was great, everyone was nice and helpful.

The down comforter on my bed looked as if someone had blown their nose on it. It is sandwiched between spread and sheet, so it must have been missed by the staff when cleaning the room.

Room size was great. Beds were quite comfortable. Good ventilation and location. Good breakfast. Allowed late check out.

Sofa was old, ripped pillows, and it was hard. Chair had food crumbs, and floor not vacuumed. When I pulled back top cover on the bed, the sheet had dried blood stain.

Would have preferred regular sausage instead of turkey! Or if not, substitute with regular bacon for non turkey sausage or bacon people! I saw a lot of people throwing the sausage away! Location was great!

The breakfast and location were perfect after a late night flight into Denver.

The only complaint I have was there was an odor in the hallways going to and from our room. It smelled like sewage, so that was unpleasant.

room was clean and very comfortable the gym so everything I need and more and enjoyed the pool too. thank you for a nice experience.

a shuttle fee I thought was free and don’t mind tipping but got charged

This is my second time stayinf had to stay due to maintenance turning off water in my building so decided to stay at this hotel and it never fails and the breakfast was amazing as well! Love it

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They held our luggage when we checked out as we were going to the hockey game. Breakfast was good.

Toilet paper was a light rough

The included breakfast was great. A lot better than most other continental breakfast I had before. The location is a little bit away from the airport, but that's the closest unless you stay in n the Westin right at the airport.
