Woolley's Classic Suites Denver Airport

Everything was amazing! The rooms are large and well appointed. Comfortable beds! The bathroom was gorgeous and bigger than my bathroom at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby and nice restaurant. Very convenient location to the airport. I had never heard of this brand of hotels but wish they had them in the southeast!

Nothing was bad. We really enjoyed out stay.

Everything about the hotel is great there is nothing I didn't like front desk staff is very nice and helpful I really liked how I got a cookie at check in

I love it here it's beautiful it has a big bathtub and a big shower. I will be back in a few days I love it.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Large and well arranged. The lobby has a stream with waterfalls and coy fish. Great wifi but not protected.

There is a restaurant open at 4:30. The food pretty good, but unless you sit at the bar the service was terrible. I waited for 40 minutes to get one beer and a menu, and the beer never arrived even though I asked for it 3 times. it was not crowded. I felt as if I was being purposely ignored.

The atmosphere, staff, cleaseningness and decor was fabulous

So simple but elegant. The inside was one of the main reasons I brought my friend was the river of stone with the huge koi fish and the sunken tub. I also want to give a 100% to the staff of the hotel and especially Ryan our waiter for 2 days, he had hurt his arm and he always had a huge smile on his face and always happy we will be back again just to see him and all the people at front desk suberb service. THANK YOU ALL

I can’t think of anything bad about the whole hotel.

A few weeks after I booked the hotel on Booking.com, I saw the same hotel/room available for less money on the Booking.com website (I believe about $30 or $40 less) - I was unable to reach Booking.com (no phone number -my e-mail was never answered) to see if I could have my price adjusted. I could have canceled my reservation and started over, but I didn't want to do that, so I gave up and left it as it was, but I was annoyed. I believe this is not the hotel's fault, but the fault of Booking.com. There was a lack of available customer service.

Our stay was very brief due to an oddly-timed layover between travel. We were absolutely exhausted by time we arrived to the hotel, and were so grateful for the prompt service of the front desk workers. The room was exceptionally quiet, clean, and perfect for us.

Food options for those who arrive later in the night (past restaurant hours) due to a late landing. Nothing fancy, but perhaps some granola bars in an obvious place behind the front desk upon arrival. It wasn't necessary this visit for us as we went straight to bed, but I could see someone being desperate for some quick sustenance after a long day of travel.

We have stayed at Woolley’s many times over the years and always had a wonderful time. Always clean with a great staff. Great breakfast buffet.

This visit was a little different. The housekeepers never left enough towels for us, we had to call every day for more. They also mopped the bathroom floor with something that made it horribly sticky.

The rooms are very spacious and well appointed with elegant furnishings. The bed is SO VERY COMFORTABLE, with quality linens. The center courtyard with a small waterfall and stream flowing through it are enchanting.

Unfortunately, we arrived rather late in the day and had a flight out the next morning. I wish we could have visited their restaurant and swam in the pool to fully experience this top-notch hotel. Maybe next time!

Wow! We couldn't believe how luxurious this hotel was for the price we paid. The room was so well presented, boutique style. The bathroom was huge with a deep corner bath, a very large shower and double sinks with marble tops. The hotel had an inner courtyard, which contained the dining area giving the feeling of an outdoor seating area. Would highly recommend this hotel.
