Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Aurora/Medical Center

Breakfast was all gone by 8:30. There were no cups for cereal so I saw people looking in the cabinets for bowls. The cereal was all over the counter so it looked dirty. I beleive they had some type of sandwich with eggs which was gone almost as soon as they brought it out. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was excellent and very friendly. They actually interacted with guests and made conversation. They became like family in a week. I would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel on a rainy day, our room was kid of flooded. They moved us next door and the carpet was wet as well. Switched to the second floor and again carpet was wet. I asked to please try the opposite side so they did and it smelled like someone smoked in the room. When I brought it up since we didn't want to get charged for it they said they were aware. Since it was our last night and it was late we took it.

The front desk staff were friendly and always welcomed us with a smile. Our room and bed were very comfortable. We liked the body wash/shampoo/conditioner in the shower. There were a lot of toppings on the breakfast bar and we liked that there was a coffee and tea bar in the front lobby.

The temperature of the pool was pretty cold. We would have liked to see eggs and meat on the free breakfast bar but there were just hot grits and biscuits (maybe it was just the day we were there). The hot water at the tea bar was luke warm at night and actually cold in the morning. it would be better if someone would have checked on the temperature of the hot water a little more often.

The coffee could have been better , it was very weak . the breakfast I understand why . It was not much , due to the Corona . But the location was Great . The eating establishments in the area are Great for Breakfast and dinner.

A microwave in the room would have been nice , Instead of everyone using the same one in the front Lounge

Friendly and accommodating. They always greated us. I use a wheelchair and traveling is an adventure. The in room bathroom is not wheelchair accessible, but the hotel has a handicap bathroom for guests. I just had to ask for it to be opened.

The hot tub was out of order. My son was very disappointed that his mom and grandparents would not join him in the pool. The breakfast was not good. The sausage links were to hard to eat. A better breakfast would be nice.

The staff was friendly, the hotel room, front desk, and eating area were all very clean.

The bed was as hard as a rock. I do enjoy a firm bed but this was similar to sleeping on the flood. The reader on our door also had issues with the card half the time and the second card didn't work. We could have fixed the second card issue if we went to the front desk but we only really needed one so didn't bother.

Everything was nice and clean. I have no complaints. Ended up needing the washer and dryer so I am glad it was available. Tv had plenty of channels to choose from. The shower was nice and hot. There were actually bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the walls. We thought that was pretty cool. The wifi worked well. Wish we had gotten a chance to try the pool out, but we were so busy we didn’t have time. We ended up having a very pleasant stay with our two kids, 4 and 7. The staff was very nice when we encountered them, especially Jalynn (not sure how to spell) and Jimmy! We even thought we left something behind and called the next day to inquire and they were glad to inform housekeeping to look when they cleaned the next day. We did end up finding what we were looking for and called back shortly after. But we were grateful that they were willing to look and call us back when/if our item was found. Thank you to all the staff for treating us so kindly. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The walls are a little thin as someone else mentioned. Breakfast was nice but limited. Although the remote was “sanitized” and in a bag, I think it could use a deep clean as there was dirt and grime in the crevices. All of these are just side notes, as most of our stay was very pleasant and these things had no real negative impact on our stay.

I think the staff was very personable. The room was very clean. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I will recommend this hotel to people I know that may be visiting Colorado.

I think the breakfast could be a little better. When I went, the biscuits were hard. There were biscuits the two mornings I was there. They were served differently, but it would have been nice if the variety of food was more versatile.

The staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

Night one was very noisy, room next door was a contracted room with morning workers. We were not the only complaint and the staff readily moved us the next night. Stay opposite side from highway unless you are used to traffic noise. Breakfast was great day one and really lacking day two.

Front desk receptionists were wonderful. The pool/hot tub area was really nice, and I love that they play music in there. The fresh cold lemon water in the lobby area was awesome.

Extremely close to the 225, and our room faced that way, so traffic noise all night long (even with the room fan on) was unfortunate.

The room was very nice, clean and everything provided that could be needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and one of the best we have slept in on our travels.

There was a door to a connecting room so we could hear the people in there. It was not a problem but would choose not to have connecting if booking again. Breakfast was nice but no meat in breakfast muffins.
