Denver Marriott Tech Center

The room was clean, comfortable, and was right on for my exspetation of a Marriott Hotel.

My friend and I had breakfast the next morning after our night stay. We were very disappointed with the staff (waitress and manager in suit); table was not setup after we seated ourselves- no water, coffee was not offered for a refill, ignored by both staff members, was not pleasant, did not acknowledge us at the table. Wait time for anything was very long, and one instance had to go to the bar to stand and ask for water, after 30 minuets. The food was good, the two staff members had a problem serving minorities.

Dear Marriott, thank you for this experience. I ended up extended my stay. From 4 days to 11 days totally. Everything was perfect! From concierge, to last of your stuff. I appreciated everything. The cordiality, the privacy, everything. I even become a Bonvoy member in the meantime.

I believe we are past COVID days. I would appreciate if the room service won’t be delivered in plastic containers. I miss the old days. We should get back to normal. Thank you.

Clean, lovely staff, easy to navigate. Overall pleasant experience

Because of the convention, it was extremely busy on saturday and I couldnt find any parking even though I was paying for the hotel. Perhaps give tips on where I can park in the event that happens in the future

Only bad thing is I couldn't get Guest Internet. Joined Bon Voy but had an old email address so couldn't reset password. Help was too long a wait on the phone. Couldn't get Internet during my stay. Also have an extra charge of $47.27 (7/23/21) even though I prepaid 137.74 on 7/21/21. Called just now and front desk can't even find my name that I stayed there and they didn't have me at all and I stayed in room 353 on 7/23/21 checking at at 6:00 a.m. on the 7/24/21. Now I have to call back on Monday and find out why I have a $47.27 charge. So that is time wasting and not good.

The location was not far from downtown and getting to the airport was easy given close proximity to the highway. The hotel itself is impressive with a decent fitness center and amenities. Check-in was easy and the person who helped us was super friendly and great at customer service.

Would be nice not to have to pay for parking, but $15/night is not terrible and you can come/leave as you please. When using the room key to enter and leave the parking lot, I had to wave it multiple times to get the gate to open. No free internet is somewhat of a let down.

We travel to Denver once a month for business and to visit our granddaughter and stay at the Marriott Denver Tech Center Hotel. From the friendly staff who greets us, to the cheerful team who always makes sure our room and stay is comfortable, clean and accommodating, we’ve never been disappointed. We needed assistance with the thermostat in our room, and Charlie was there is less than five minutes efficiently correcting the issue. I ordered a few breakfast items with coffee, and Stephanie assisted me when my arms were full. We truly feel at home when we stay at the Marriott and highly recommend this hotel and team for an outstanding experience.

Comfy bed, hot tub was nice, clean and spacious room.

The shower didn't get more than Luke warm, and the air conditioner was not cool at all we were very warm while trying to sleep

The staff, the on-site restaurant was amazing

That the M lounge was closed the majority of my stay especially for Bkfast on the weekend

We love the modern walk-in shower, the super comfy bed and pillows, and the wonderful L-shaped couch in our room with a king bed!

Not all rooms have a couch and walk-in shower. We have learned to make sure to request this when we check-in so that we have the best stay possible.

Wonderful room- best on my trip - out of 9 rooms. Only 3rd most expensive

$15 parking. no stairs-i was on 2nd fl stairs were blocked off. Long wait for elevator when one was down, only a short time but i was trying to leave
