Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The receptionist had to leave the desk unattended for a while to take care of other people checking in. I had the impression that this property is understaffed. Our room had no towels, went to the desk to report this, waited 15 minutes for the receptionist to return from her other duties, and then received the towels. A previous tenant left a drawer FULL of old clothes -- staff came to take them out.

Property was clean. Room was clean. Pet friendly.

As with every city their was homeless walking around the parking lot in and around the area. I wish there were more lights around the hotel. We found wanting to park closer to the front of the hotel. The gentleman who checked me in to the main hotel.

Young lady at the front desk was Awesome! She was friendly and very helpful. We'll be back again! We stayed 09/30/21-10/01/21 Just one night and it was comfortable. The free breakfast was decent. There is a theatre within walking distance and a grocery store near by. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks :)

We would love it even more if there was a jacuzzi, but it was still a nice friendly stay!

Some of the workers are a little rude we plan on staying and sometimes our money doesn't get loaded on card till late and some workers are cool bit most managers are fine with it

very convenient location to retail, to family and to the highway made getting around easy.

there was some noisy guests but staff were very accommodating and handled problems well.

Feels more like an apartment complex, which is pretty nice

We were on the first floor and my main complaint was other guests on the floor above us running up and down the hallways up until 2am. Not the hotel staffs fault but ridiculous

Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable

Check in time was 3:00.. after working overnight and driving 8 hours, arrived at 3:15, was told to leave and they'd call me IF they were able to get a room ready. I ended up not waiting very long, but it was an inconvenience after having made a reservation

Hospitality was Great My Suite was very Clean and efficient. Location to travel by Train or Bus was excellent.

No Complaints

We came in on the later end of the day so we just needed a room to stay in overnight. We’d googled places near us and the room value was great. We called and the front desk person was really nice and welcoming and told us we could book online at that value if more convenient for us. Check in was easy. The room was clean and more modern/chic. Enjoyed being able to see some Netflix from my account on Their tv and having a whole kitchen set up (cups, plates, utensils, mini kitchen) as we did make sure of it the next morning. And best desk I’ve ever seen! My sister had zoom classes and made use of the desk. We’re building one this weekend once we’re home to resemble it

Hair on the shampoo bottles in the bathroom; the adhesive for the shower was non existent and stuck out the wall, kinda worried about breaking it since you have to pull the stopper to get the overhead shower working. Broken entrance door (main door that allows you into the building was broken (no handle) and the door doesn’t close unless it was just pushed harder. But guests were leaving it ajar and saw guests without key cards entering (nice people) but for security measures that door needs to be fixed ASAP

The space was perfect for my family of 5. The sofa pulls out for a 3rd bed. The full kitchen was an extreme plus for us with a grocery store in the same lot.

The room could’ve been inspected for cleanliness. We found a little trash under the beds and the restroom was not stocked with towels. Staff was very prompt in getting us the towels and we never mentioned our other findings in the room.
