1- The staff were so friendly. 2- one of the front desk staff one day in night shift was so friendly and tried to help me to move from my room when I found a spider in my room. 3- The lady in the front desk during my check out helped me to load my heavy luggage to my car all the way from the room to the car. I don’t remember her name but would like to thank her really. Also other lady came to help from the front desk but the other one did everything to help me.

1- Room need to be more clean. They should do good and thorough vacuum. I found some small pieces if food left from previous residents over the AC and behind the coach. 2- some of the food in the breakfast during peak load like weekend was not there, either to wait for more than 29 minutes or it is finished and no refill.

Fabulous! At check in, the associate oriented me to the area, telling me how to find FedEx, Starbucks, and the Denver light rail. The rooms are newly remodeled, with guest convenience in mind. Materials used are eco friendly, and beautiful. Lobby features work stations. Quite likely one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at.

Cannot imagine anyone would dislike anything about this lovely place

The location was beautiful. Set in a,business park, lots of easy walking amd convenient. I thought I had booked a,location closer to Fiddlers Green, but using the light rail was convenient and not a long walk to it. Breakfast was good, the room and hotel were clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating! Overall a great stay

The hair dryer in room only blew cold air, the comforter was light and I wish it had been a little heavier. The bathroom was small. Sink and dressing area outside of toilet/shower so that was helpful. But it was hard to get in the shower/toilet room bc the door almost touched the front of toilet. First world problems!!

My room had just been remodeled, very spacious, bed extremely comfortable. I was there for 4 nights so really appreciated the extra space

The entire first floor was under renovations so it was a little tough at times to get around & obviously noisy. But they did manage it as well as can be

Cleanliness and courtesy is always important when selecting a place to stay. Location was also good.

There was one person handling breakfast which was quite a bit for the one person. There were a couple of players from 2-softball teams and quite a few guests waiting. Some guests left without breakfast.

Location is pretty good and night crew front desk personnel was very attentive and polite.

It was probably a one off situation but it kind of indisposed us for the rest of the stay, first night just getting into the room and we found inside the closet a trash can with the previous guests garbage (hopefully just previous and not from much longer). Front desk apologize and replaced the trash can, but it really makes you think what kind of cleaning they do to the rooms in between stays. Again probably just a mishap.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The location was super convenient and centrally located, you were 15-20 mins from anything cool you wanted to do! I also felt like we were in a relatively safe area. My kids got good use of the pool, and everyone enjoyed breakfast every morning. I really appreciated breakfast, it's an amazing start to the day, and saving on one meal really helps. Overall, I can't wait to come back and visit not only Denver but stay here!

Nothing, If I had one complaint, I wish they had a room service guide.

Breakfast was grab n' go due to COVID restrictions but was still fulfilling and nutritious, and enjoyed the unlimited hot coffee during breakfast hours. The hotel was clean and updated and the kitchenette in the room was perfect for a family stay. Also the amount of space for the hotel room was a great value. The hotel is in a great location as its 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Denver University, and 10-15 minutes from everything else (restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and shopping malls). If I'm in Denver again I will stay here again!

The welcoming staff was very courteous. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was not good. You got a plastic bag with a few things to eat in it. No warm food options. As an adult I really didn't think much about getting a child's apple juice for breakfast. Something warm would have been nice. If you are going to welcome pets, you should give them a good area in which to relieve themselves. There wasn't much green space for them.

Great Location. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Beautiful walking trail near by. Remodeled rooms. Hotel being remodeled, this didn’t stop them from managing around this very well.

Bathrooms could be slightly bigger to make it more accessible to shut the door.
