everything , the wonderful people that are the staff, the convenient location to the freeway systems and even though its directly under the airport flight path it has an aura of peace . I don’t think there’s anywhere else that would have made us , including our rambunctious one year old Red Setter puppy as welcome as the staff here did. In short , we loved it so much thar from now on it will be our first choice for where to stay in Denver .

One thing, far too much chlorine and chemicals in the indoor pool. While I understand that sanitation is important, the concentration was so heavy it irritated my skin to the point of being extremely itchy that only subsided after intense showering.

clean, tidy and spacious room. Front desk staff were really engaged and helpful. I was a little sceptical as the photos looked computer generated but it was all above board. The breakfast was also a treat, coffee, juices, yoghurt, a waffle machine and a few baked goods too.

A double edged sword, great location and easy to get onto the highway for a quick connection to the airport (30 mins) however, this did mean road noise (not a lot, but enough to disturb a light sleeper)

Nice, well-maintained facility. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, reasonably quiet. Several restaurants within walking distance. Good front desk staff.

Only 1 of 2 elevators was working, and that one was as slow as any elevator every created. When the hotel was full, the wait for an elevator was ridiculous. I stayed for 2 weeks. The first week, my room was cleaned the day after I arrived, but that was it. The second week, I asked if my room could be cleaned, and it was -- once. The sheets weren't changed during my entire stay.

The cleanliness, excellent staff, great breakfast.

On the first night my husband got up in the morning to go to the bathroom and got locked in. I had to pass a butter knife through the door so he could get out and no one was here to help except the lady at the front desk and she couldn't leave the desk thankfully he got out with a butter knife but I think that the housekeeper could have clearly seen that the latch was broken and could have told maintenance before we arrived and a metal light fixture was hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen that shouldn't have been and could have fallen and hit somebody in the head. There was also only 1 elevator for 1/2 our stay and the other half there was none...

I do not know the man’s name, but he was a black man with longer hair and was there in the mornings; he was very friendly and helpful.

I asked two different mornings for housekeeping to come and bring new towels and body wash/conditioner and both times no one came. The first time I had to go downstairs at night to ask for clean towels and the body wash/conditioner and the man at the front was kind of rude and told me here’s towels, but you’ll have to wait for body wash/conditioner tomorrow.

Our queen suite had things that are missing from other places we've stayed. Night light in the bathroom, outlet in the bathroom, check and check. Liked the rolling table that tucked out of the way. There was a curtain to use to separate the bed from the living area. The double shades on the window were brilliant: light filtering and light blocking. The ac/heat was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Kitchenette had a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large sink. Dishes and other utensils available. (Ceramic ice bucket) Check with the front desk for a portable cooktop and pans. Above average breakfast for a pandemic time. Bathroom had a shower, no tub. Not a problem for us.

Really can't think of anything I didn't like. The light switches had a learning curve, there was a master switch for all of the lights by the door that caused a little confusion at first.🙂 The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little brighter, if you are applying makeup.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room. The individual fridge and microwave was also a plus! The shampoo and body wash dispensers are also amazing!! Love the swimming pool and work out room too!!

Breakfast could have been a little better but I understand the circumstances of the COVID and having to stay sanitary for the staff and guests. Maybe more towels for the guests for the workout rooms and for the swimming pool. Also water cup refills for the workout room.

Breakfast very good. It is a very nice nd friendly place. Awesome. There r ppl with their animals in the rooms but u will not be bothered nor will u notice them unless they walk past u. It is a clean place nd 100% no smoking in the building

You should give everyone of your staff more money and pay them the respect and dignity they deserve especially all housekeeping. I would definitely return but if you do not pay them a living wage they will leave and every stay is based on how well you treat your staff. Give them a bonus!

I dont like corporate making millions while the staff has to have 2 jobs to live in your Colorado

It was quiet and had most conveniences to home. Jason, Bonnie, and Lily were always warm, pleasant, respectful, and helpful. Our room was functional and cozy. My son and I appreciated the limited breakfast options.

Limited breakfast. Would’ve loved a full breakfast. Would’ve liked the fitness room and pool cleaned daily. But we understand they are a bit short staffed.
