Such wonderful staff at the Mainstay. Hospitable, but not hovering. The place is showing its age, but you can see the improvements they're making. The laundry room is fantastic.

They should address the trash in the lot and look into fixing or replacing some of the appliances.

Joy and Jay are truly wonderful people. They were beyond helpful, accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with the stay, the room and our service animal. I can not praise the two of them enough! Very thankful and happy to have found MainStay. Great hotel and staff.

The location was convenient. All the staff members were excellent and made sure that I was comfortable and my needs were met. I felt safe at this facility.

They are undergoing renovations, and I was in one of the rooms that had not been updated yet. There were a few things that did not work properly. I am convinced that once the work is completed, this will be a great place to stay.

Location and cleanliness of rooms

The website when I booked said there was breakfast and there was not. We did not find out about this til we arrived. So I was a bit disappointed by that. Also staff were not always readily av if u needed something.

Staff was friendly, but he amenities in the room were pretty good. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was a hair in the shower before I used it, not a huge deal, im aware I’m not the first person to ever use that shower, but there’s something unsettling about finding someone else’s hair in your shower. Also when I went to brew coffee the pot was dirty. Also not a huge deal, I can wash a dish, but again, just didn’t get the best feeling seeing all the muck stuck in the coffee pot and wondering what other cleaning elements may have been overlooked. Other than that, everything else was great.

Newly remodeled rooms, very nice

The parking lot was bad, repairs were being done to pave drainage away from the roof, not yet completed... Very rough road to drive on. Had to call on barking dogs on two different occasions. Two different rooms. One next door, the other down the hall

the was great overslept to check out 2 hours late and they gave their really comedy for me a nice and understanding to my terminal illness.. the housekeeper's worked really hard and kept the place clean and did an awesome job

really didn't like was the prices but then again it's summertime if you want a nice place to stay you are going to have to pay for it. And that's not due to the staff there to do the corporate offices.

The room was newly remodeled. A great layout. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

The ongoing construction made it a bit hard to sleep during the day as I worked overnights.

More than satisfied with all the services provided including breakfast, room space, cleanliness, comfort etc. Thank you Mainstay Suites
