Hampton Inn Denver Tech Center South

Liked almost everything - from breakfast to value of the hotel to cleanliness. Also great location with it being in Centennial, Colorado. Slept well on the comfortable king-sized bed. Awesome shower.

I didn't know that only two free water bottles were provided for free at check-in only (Hilton Honors member). I thought it was two free ones every day. The staff did not let me know of this fact.

The breakfast was great-the omelets were yummy, but the waffle machine was out of service. Everything was full otherwise and there was enough seating. Beds were really comfortable. The employees were kind.

The room curtain is for looks instead of function and doesn't close, so the room was too bright at night with all the lights outside. The barn door on the bathroom kept sliding and wouldn't stay shut to have privacy. The a/c is pretty loud when it kicks on.

Breakfast was very good. We like the breakfast (juices), hot cocoa, tea, and coffee. The yogurt and fresh fruit were an excellent combination. My spouse liked the hot breakfast: omelet, hash browns, and cut sausages. Waffle mix was not available for the waffle maker and a sign was posted stating 'Mix was not available at this time.' We very much appreciate the good communication in signs, also encouraging guests to speak to the kitchen staff if we had specific food allergies. Everything in the hotel was extremely clean.

Although staff here were ALL extremely friendly and helpful, when we made our reservation we requested a room in a quiet location due to our work. The hotel probably had less that 10% of their rooms occupied, yet another guest was assigned a room next door to us. We could hear their TV. If only the woman who checked us in had assigned the other guests at least one room apart from us or even across the hall, we would have had the desired quiet experience to concentrate on our work. I believe we checked in before they did. Maybe in the future, more attention to this simple request by a business guest will be taken into consideration.

Rooms updated, spacious and excellent sunlight into room during the day. Desk space in room was great and overall size of room was larger than standard Hampton rooms. Breakfast was good per usual Hampton standards. Check-in was excellent and appreciated early check-in. There is a nice shared microwave/kitchen areas in the lobby for heating up food. Highly recommend as close to restaurants, breweries, shopping and many business. Great location if commuting w/n south-central metro Denver area as close to the interstate.

While the food is good quality, the coffee is bitter tasting -- this is my experience at all Hampden locations (not just this one). While the lobby microwave was nice, it would be fantastic to have microwave in the room.

Breakfast was good with changes in the hot dishes each day. The staff worked so quickly to keep everything supplied. All the staff we encountered were friendly and nice, and the outstanding person was Melinda Espinosa, on the front desk.

The location is not on a main street, and there are not restaurants or shops anywhere near by.

Good location for us

Staff at front desk not very considerate. We are Hilton Honors members and have been for years. They would not give us the usual 2 bottles of water and snack like we always get and have gotten at every Hilton we have stayed at. Very strange.

Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was super! Room service was efficient. I don't stay in hotels very often, but I can say this was a very nice experience.

Mask rules! I was surprised that I could hear the occupants above our room moving around quite clearly.

I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HAMPTON INN AGAIN. ALL OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF - ANDREA, SAM & MARCELO - WERE EXCEPTIONAL!! THERE'S ALSO A GUEST LAUNDRY AVAILABLE AND THE FRONT DESK HAS PLENTY OF QUARTERS AVAILABLE TO EXCHANGE FOR DOLLARS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SCRAMBLE TO FIND QUARTERS IF/WHEN YOU WANT TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY. MY ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

The front desk staff was very accommodating as we arrived early and they did their best to get us into our room early.

We were disappointed to miss the usual breakfast since they were serving boxed breakfasts due to the pandemic.

Newer hotel and clean. Breakfast could be better, but was ok.

The breakfast could be prepared a little better. Not as good as other Hampton inns in the area.
