La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods

The staff was helpful. Stayed here a little over year ago and was very unhappy with the whole experience but I don't know if under new management or what changed but this experience was totally different and enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

At night sometimes there was people just lurking around. Would do good to have on site security and not expect employee to deal with these shady people.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Great location in the building. Aside from one Very loud talking neighbor it was a pretty quiet stay. I will be staying again

The only real issue I had was that the floor hadn't been mopped. Swept yes but as soon as I had my shoes off the bottoms of my socks were very dirty. I even up using 2 towels to clean the residual grime off the floor.

Good location, close to the interstate but not bothered by traffic noise. Plenty of restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly

it was a good location. parking lot was safe. was pulling a open trailer with utv and coolers and camping equiptment was there for two days no one bothered a thing. the staff was super helpful. the room was clean.

the pool needed a little attention. green algebon sides and some floating. they did just shock it but it needed more maintenence. the building could use a little tlc. again still very comefortable. a little pricy but for the location i guess it was reasonable

I loved the fact that the LaQuinta Inn Garden of the Gods didn't charge extra to keep our 2 dogs. The motel is also within 3 minutes walk of a few fast food restraunts, a 24 hour convenience store, and located right off of I-25. The staff was very friendly and our room was spacious and clean. Also in spite of the fact that the LaQuinta was undergoing a remodel, it was extremely quiet throughout the day and night.

I didn't like the fact that though prices were comparable to other motel prices, LaQuinta didn't have a fridge and microwave in our room. They also didn't offer a continental breakfast or at least a coupon for the fast food restraunt that was sitting in the front of the motel. Also the laundry room was filthy. I ended up sweeping and cleaning the machines myself before I used them.

Michelle at the front desk is an absolute rock star! She has great customer service skills, she us very personable, friendly, understanding, accommodating, and patient. I can't say enough good things about her! There was a mix up with someone who is on the do not rent list and my boyfriend because my boyfriend has a pretty common name. Michelle took the time to go through it with us so that we could show her that it wasn't my boyfriend who was on the do not rent list. She took about 20 to 30 minutes to go through it with us so that my boyfriend was cleared from being the person on the list with the same name. We have been here on an extended stay and anytime anyone else checks us in Michelle makes sure to come let the person checking us in that it isn't my boyfriend on the do not rent list so we don't have any problems. This girl should be employee of the month every month and definitely deserves recognition and a raise. La Quinta don't ever lose her as an employee because she is TOP GRADE!

Can be somewhat noisy during the night and day. Had someone who would sit outside at all all hours of the day and night and play VERY LOUD music, however, I can't fault the hotel for a guest's rudeness. Also no breakfast :(

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was at a different hotel and it was disgusting so I called La Quinta for a room and the lady was awesome! I will stay there again!

I could hear everything being said from the other guest that passed by my room but it’s the only drawback

Room was very clean and quiet,I didn't hear anyone else stirring,lighting was good,there was gas and a convenience store right there and the staff was accommodating when I paid with cash instead of a card even though they didn't usually take cash

Place was nice and quiet at night. Room was clean. Shower was good.

I had to switch rooms. Lights did work. Breakfast could have been better. Coffee was not to good.

Arrived at 2pm, front desk said could not check in until 3pm, only coffee for breakfast. Said it was shipping problem that all their breakfast items were not there. Why could they go to grocery store and buy yogurt and juice and pastries
