Staybridge Suites Colorado Springs North, an IHG Hotel

We loved the suite for our family, the breakfast was great, staff was nice!

The couch and chair in room was a bit old and raggedy. The air didn't work that good. We were told to cut it off for a while to let it de-thaw. Not something a guest should have to worry about when they paid good money for the room.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone from McKenzie at the front desk, Scott, Chris (performed maintenance duties), the ladies that ran breakfast and evening social time, and all the wonderful ladies that kept up with the rooms were super friendly and made our stay comfortable.

Updates and upgrades need to be made to the rooms and AC systems. The first night my daughter got locked in one of the rooms because the door handle was broken and our AC wasn’t cooling. Chris did fix both during our stay and we really appreciated him for doing that.

I Did Not like the pets in the building. Animals are animals and no matter how clean your staff is, you'll never be able to prevent them from doing what they do naturally so, and the animal odor will never truly be removed.

The hotel lobby looked really nice and I thought it was cute they had doggy treats at the front desk. Staff was great and the room was spacious. Luckily our room was available for early check in although We didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep for a few hours but the bed was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was a plus. We had an early check out because we had a long drive ahead of us so we didn’t get to try breakfast but it looked like it would have been good and with many options. The mall is about a 10min drive or less which was good. Overall it was pretty good and we would stay again.

My husband said the room had a slight smell but wasn’t too bad, I fortunately didn’t get the pleasure of smelling it considering Covid took that away from me. We wanted to take advantage of the gym but it was in a very awkward place and too close to the other rooms so we decided not to.

it was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the Air Force Academy. the staff Scott and Rachel (the entire staff) very attentive to the wants and needs of the individuals staying at the property. they each pride themselves in representing the Staybridge Suites name. Everyone was very courteous and polite.

There is nothing to say I disliked about the property. only maybe could use a few new pull out sofas.

The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The hot cookies were a treat my kids looked forward too. The beds were so comfy. The staff has each other's backs making it such a pleasant stay. The manager screens his guests to ensure your family is safe. He truly cares about his staff and the premises. He really reached out to make sure you have what you need. The housekeeping is thorough and accommodates more cleanings for those with larger families. The front desk is always smiling and resourceful.

The staff provided great service. The room was perfect to travel and work from. The kitchen was all I needed. I really enjoy these suites and the secured setting.

I think it could use new carpets in the halls, it would have a fresher smell. Maybe some maintenance issues in the stairwell where it looks like a water leak.

Front desk staff were incredible! So welcoming and a wealth of information surrounding the area and places to visit/sightsee. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Free parking and Wifi a bonus! Loved the choice of pillows - soft or firm was a lovely touch. Heating worked really well. Loved the option of having a kitchen. Also loved the free laundry service option.

Everything. The room, the staff, the view, the location & unbelievable hospitality shown us. My husband uses a scooter to get around. It stopped working & staff stored it until we checked out. Will stay there again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nada. Everything was great.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. During the week, they have a light supper with salad bar and appetizers, complimentary!

When I booked, the price listed was $239 a night. We booked for a total of 5 nights. When we got our invoice for the stay, some nights were $270, $277 and $282 a night. Plus, there are state taxes, city taxes, county taxes and lodgers tax on top of this price! So, it adds up. Just be mindful, if you are budgeting, that the price you see per night has a lot of other things added on by the time you get done.
