Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs

Staff was very friendly and the sight/building was gorgeous - A waterfall and lot of open space and seating for socializing, reading or just soaking in the ambience. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was easy off/ easy on from the freeway. It also has elevators, which is nice because my room was on the 3rd floor.

The bathroom was too small and cramped. My room was right next to the freeway and road noise, but you can't win them all. The TV had cable but the guide was useless as where the programming should've been, it said,"no information available." So, you're relegated to channel surfing to find something to watch.

The breakfast was amazing. So many choices and was so good. The entire staff was so friendly. They were all in good moods and you could tell they loved their jobs! Two free drinks from the bar was a nice surprise! The bartenders were so great!

Our air wasn’t working very well. We had told the front desk and they said they would have their maintenance man look at it. It wasn’t ridiculously hot in there but it was pretty warm. We wanted to make sure it was fixed for the next people arriving so we told the lady at check out about it. She gave us a $100 credit which we weren’t expecting or even thinking about. Their customer service is top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable bed. Restaurant and bar were good. Room was big and comfortable.

The elevators were not working properly. The door to our room stuck, we had to push our way in. There were many leaks from the rain, buckets sitting everywhere. Breakfast was not good. The food was not replenished as needed. They ran out of clean forks. The potatoes were so salty we couldn't eat them. Eggs were dry and cold.

So stinking cute!!! such a great vibe and so family friendly! We travel with a pet and they had treats at the counter at check in! the kids were playing and adults drinking during the complimentary reception, such a delight! Bar staff so nice, and the bus of travelers didn’t change their vibe at all! we will stay again and recommend everyone so the same!!!

Everything was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. The hotel is beautiful. They have made a lot of improvements post covid. The rooms are a little dated, especially the bathrooms, but it was clean and comfortable. The made to order omelets and hot breakfast buffet was great.

I liked everything about this hotel, they give two complimentary drinks per adult per night between 6-7:30. "The Twins" the bartenders are awesome, they are Soo friendly and personable. The staff in general is great and friendly breakfast was great the omelettes were delicious, biscuits and gravy was excellent(Mr. Burns voice). I highly recommend booking here we stayed for 4 night and 5 days. Worth the price, if I come back to Colorado I will definitely be staying here again.

We’ve never taken a road trip out west before. We live on the east coast. I was very nervous about booking our hotels. We had already stayed in a couple shady places. This place was an amazing breath of fresh air. The lady at the front desk told me the property was 40 years old, but they had kept it updated. I’ll say. The rooms were so comfortable and had all we needed for a restful stay. The breakfast was also wonderful. I may never be in this area again, but I would recommend going a little “out of your way” to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast. Location. Person cleaning up after breakfast was friendly and worked incredibly hard- impressed with this employee.

Elevator needs work. Took a couple of calls and visit to front desk to get toilet paper and towels.

I like the cooked to order breakfast better. But the breakfast to go was good.

Air conditioning in room. Was a little warm at night. Called for maintenance. It worked for a short while. But never got great at night. Also. I was charged 194 first two nights (sat and Sunday nights). Extended stay two more nights (Monday and Tuesday and was charged $249. I have sent an email and have not received any response. I would like to get a refund for the money I was overcharged those last two nights. We are currently an avid fan of staying at Embassy Suites.

Breakfast was okay, coffee was good. Potatoes could have been better, would have preferred bacon over the sausage offered both days. Loved the oatmeal and fruit choices.

The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. The vent was very dusty. Temperature control didn't seem accurate we were cold so turned the thermostat up but it never really got warm in the room.
