Very comfortable very clean and the absolute best free breakfast we have ever eaten. The cooks or kitchen aides need recognized and a big thank you from us. Loved the bed and TV.

We didnt have any complaints, everything seemed perfect for price. We didn't feel too comfortable when the homeless was sitting in tge parking lot. Then watched them carry their things in the same door we were going in and out of. We came in one night at almost midnight and the outside doors were still unlocked. We value saftey. I really thought we were gonna get a better view since we stayed 4 nights and 5 days. It was our first trip to Colorado.

I really like the breakfast. The room was nice

House keeping was absolutely amazing. I love how the staff works together. Some of the employees do not speak English and I got to use my translation on my phone for the first time ( please do don't make them feel like it's a inconvenience) if you have a cell phone,use the translation app. The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating. Jerry is my favorite! We moved here on a plane straight from NY with our son. This is our first taste of this state and this hotel made us feel so welcome. The staff works extremely hard for breakfast. I have been up every morning and they work so hard at replacing everything so quick. Alot goes unnoticed because there is so much traffic and new people. I just want to say how proud I am of this establishment. A hot tub, a pool ( my 4 year old can actually touch the bottom) a gym and a washer and dryer ( saved our life) for people staying for a few Days at a time? This is the place you want to be. If you need something replaced just call the front desk. They stay on top of everything! Not to mention pet friendly,we were able to move with our pet. I also did up our room for my husband's birthday ( we moved because he reports to fort Carson) we were here for a week and I made it feel like home!

That they ran out of pool towels ( because I accidentally kept taking them to my room) 🤣

The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

We asked for a quiet room so they put us in the front where the restaurant was just below in the atrium so you could hear everything as the noise echoed up in the atrium space. We could also hear people talking loudly late at night at the front desk which was also directly below us. The bathroom door would not close or stay open so you would have to use a towel to prop it open. Needs rehab or a new door. The elevator is in the back of the hotel so you must drive to the back to be close to the elevator and then must walk to the front to find the luggage cart. The set up of the hotel is strange.

Breakfast had a good selection for the limited variety and the room was nice and clean when we walked in, no problems with having to find clean sheets, although the tv remote was broken when we got in.

I do wish that the electronics were looked over before a new guest would come in since the tv remote wasn’t working when we came in. We also tried to install our personal gaming device and it wasn’t connecting to the tv.

Breakfast was good. Very clean and comfortable. We were there three nights, Location was good for what we were doing. A little difficult to get there -behind all the other businesses, but once we found it, there was not a problem. Close to shopping and dining options.

Breakfast, was good and plentiful, on our second morning, the hot foods were not available. The staff was short handed and kept busy cleaning up after rude and messy customers. They were not able to refill. There were some odd people sleeping outside all three nights. The last night, our sleep was disturbed several times with people knocking at our door, and rattling the handle. Was a little scary. Almost called front desk at 3 AM, when the disturbance stopped..

The 2nd day of our stay we went swimming and there were no towels clean to use. The front desk guy said they were all dirty and there weren't any more pool or room towels available anymore thatvtheyvran out

Location is in the perfect spot. Breakfast I look forward to go to to start the day. So many options and perfect for feeli g cozy at home but still a great place to get work started.

Washer and dryer on each floor not just the fourth floor. Able to have access to quarters since that's what the washer machine and dryer take. Not mobile asseesable. Wasn't a alarm clock in this room I asked for one but they didn't have anymore and did not receive my wake up call at 6 woke up late for work.

Looked like it could use a little fixing up. I had a glass light shade missing evidently glass shade had been broken at one time there was a light bulb though in the socket and it worked. The elevator was dirty, the floor looked as though it had not been cleaned in sometime. The breakfast was very good though the carpet was filthy. Carpet was pulling away from the wall just as you entered my room and the vent in the bathroom had fur on it as it had not seen a vacuum in quite a while. The pool was nice did not use the exercise room. The grounds had noticeably garbage in various areas of the parking lot, not attractive when you pull up. I’m sure some of this is difficult to keep up with the staff shortages, overall my stay was smooth though I may use a different hotel in the future

The breakfast was great. The lobby is comfortable and nice. The bed was VERY comfortable. The rooms were quiet - we never heard our neighbors. There is a room with sundries for sale (plus wine and beer and souvenirs too) and there was always iced water with lemon available in the lobby. The location is right off the highway and close to restaurants and attractions. Great value.

The shower didn't have much water pressure (though the sink did). There was no exhaust in the bathroom so everything in the room felt wet and humid. The pool is heated, but not very deep.
