After the guest stayed, I called to make sure the room didn't have any damages and the staff was friendly and helpful

I didn't stay myself, I actually bought the room for someone. The only issue was I called prior to inform the Front desk I was purchasing the room for somebody else, and I wanted to make sure he wasn't gonna have any issues and I'm not staying in the room. However, I got a call from the guest who was staying there that they would not let him check in. I had to explain the situation once again that I would not be there and that I would be paying for the room. After that, it was OK. I just didn't like the fact that I had to explain myself again when the situation should have been smooth without any hiccups.

The room was clean and comfortable with a well lit parking lot. The staff was very nice and helpful. The wife asked for an additional pillow and was given two. The lobby clerk went out of his way and found online a couple great restaurants for use. This hotel was a great value, would stay again.

No fresh fruit for breakfast.

I like that they did have waffles in the morning that bedroom was very clean it was very quiet and it was right next to shopping and tons of restaurants I will definitely be booking there again

They could get better mattresses

Last minute reservation. Quick and easy to check in. Did not have an issue with my dog staying with me. There was a pet fee but was reasonable.

There were holes in the bathroom door like something had been removed, and not yet repaired. Did not diminish the quality of the stay.

The overnight front desk staff was awesome. She made it feel like I was a friend not a guest it dollar signs. All the whole training a new person.

That we were on the only four with construction/remodel. Breakfast was put up early and made me feel like a burrito when I walked in at 10 til 9. I work 2nd swing shift. I sleep til 9 at least usually

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There was no problem bringing my service dog and for the low price... everything was great! I highly recommend! It could probably use a remodel but everything worked well and was clean. Great location for my stay and a beautiful view of the mountains when I took my dog out. Peaceful area. The energy was good.

The bed was not the most comfortable but it was not bad, it was an average bed. I can't really think of anything bad to say... I would def stay here again I would just bring a few extra pillows

This was a great room for the price! It was clean, cozy and had a nice shower. We were there for a night because we got snowed in. There was even food delivery near there that delivered in over a foot of snow! Unlike other places we stayed at there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room for no upgrade fee. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

It's not the Hotels' fault but the people next to us were fairly loud. I surely didn't enjoy the pungent smell of weed throughout the hallway. Even though the breakfast was included, there could have been a bit more than just toast, waffles, juice and coffee.

was very clean all around, kind people working hospitality. Bibles were in side tables so that was good.

The price was very good for what we were looking for. The location was also great, not far from anything at all. The nicest Econo Lodge I have ever stayed at.

There were only 2 very flat pillows when we arrived (two of us). I asked for more and got one the first night and another the next. We really wish we brought our own though! Our TV was also wired weird and kept shutting off but they said that is just the room we were in.

The manager that checked me in was very knowledgeable and professional. I also got a room on the ground level as requested due to my disability! There are several restaurants nearby that are budget-friendly. The location was quiet and appeared to be safe.

Really nothing.
