Hampton Inn Colorado Springs I-25 Central

No one cleaned our room on the second day. Had to call twice for new towels and to have our trash emptied. The lady working the evening shift was very nice. I don’t remember her name She did have a tattoo on her arm.

Very friendly. When we didn’t get towels and trashed emptied and I called again she was on shift at this time. She personally brought up new towels and emptied our trash.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We were greeted every time we’ve met the staff members. We even had an incident when we left a personal item in the room and Keith helped us to locate it and returned it to us. My wife was extremely happy about it. Special thanks to Keith.

Quality of breakfast food. Swimming pool does not have a shower.

302 did not have a light on the right side of the bed. It needs a lamp there. The other side did and it was a bit dark in the room. Need more lighting.

The toilet had to be flushed several times for a complete flush. Sometimes it would flush okay other times it took several times for a full flush.

Breakfast was good and the gal did everything she could to get food out as quickly as possible The bed was very comfortable and the room was fresh and clean. Staff was pleasant and one of them switched our room to the fourth floor which we appreciated because there was no one above us. Rooms were very sound proof too,

Notify the person who was responsible for breakfast that athletic teams were staying in the hotel and thus the food would be prepared to accommodate the hungry group of students.

Everything about this property was really nice… exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing.

The only thing that made our stay at the hotel unpleasant was the very noisy exhaust fan . At first we thought the noise was in the bathroom and we wouldn’t hear it with the door closed, but it was actually in the bedroom area.

The staff were very approachable & extremely friendly. The hotel was clean & the breakfast was amazing! I love a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage & potatoes!! They did not disappoint :)

I’m not sure why but the pillows smelled funky. Not sure if it’s the type of pillow they use but that was my only complaint & I’m picky ;)

Location was good, clean rooms, breakfast served was nice and hot.

There was noise coming from AC or something I dont know which felt like someone is drilling from the roof. I told the staff and they said that there is no work going on I was not able to sleep for hour, later on noise went away.

New facilities, beautiful and clean. Nice staff and great breakfast.

Housekeeping will not clean your room unless you request it and you have to call down to the front desk for everything you need, because nothing is full or stocked in the room.

property was beautiful..the little extras..walk in shower amazing..and having a night light in the bathroom was great..beds and linens were exceptional..pays to be a Hilton Honor and know you get your value..Staff was extremely helpful

not a thing..safety in parking area was nice

The staff was amazing. So friendly and fun! Lots of great restaurants!

I think the description of Central is a bit misleading, the hotel is actually pretty far north in Colorado Springs
