MCM Elegante Suites

Our room was nice, our king size bad was very comfortable, and having the small kitchen with a full size refrigerator was great! We loved our mountain view! The location of the hotel made for easy access to roads and highways for multiple days of taking in the beautiful sights. My husband and I really enjoyed the breakfast provided with the cost of our room. The only day we didn't have breakfast was our last day because of our very early checkout when we left to go home. Thanks for providing a wonderful meal to start our day!

There are a lot of homeless people all around the city. We did have a bit of a scary run in with a homeless man sleeping on a sidewalk we used when returning from picking up supplies from a local store. We avoided using it during the rest of our visit.

The bed was comfortable, which is high priority for me, and the room was very clean, which is also important to me. I was surprised how big the room was, and it has a little kitchenette which was very convenient. Good location for shopping and very close to the Air Force Academy. It is about 8 miles to the "Garden of the Gods" park, and then just a little further is Manitou Springs, where the cog railway to the top of Pikes Peak starts.

Quiet location-zero street noise. Excellent layout of the queen suite we were assigned. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, galley kitchen arrangement with utensils including coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and full refrigerator(ice maker). Ice maker great idea over an ice machine normally several floors away. We really liked the room concept.

This is obviously a renovated property; however, parking is very limited so places in front of entrance fill up fast. We finally asked front desk if other parking was available. New late checkins must be very frustrated trying to unload and get to their rooms. Consideration of a checkin spot at front entrance should be evaluated. One can find a spot to park after checkin.

Hotel right off a main road and easy to access. Room comfortable. Good for short stays.

Occasionally the cable just went out (usually when it rained). Breakfast was fine IAW U.S. standards. For such a large hotel...a single table for 4 people to eat breakfast is sparse.

Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Room was clean but did have air freshener sprayed. Kitchenette in room was stocked with utensils & cooking gear. Room was large. Check out staff was friendly. Other then the sprayed air freshener it was good.

Room was clean but did have artificial air freshener sprayed strongly. Hair dryer was well used and an extension cord sparked when I moved the light.

Got a early check in which was nice. Always plenty of free parking. Offered to unload our car for us.

Heater wasn't working and never did work right while we were there. Got a space heater and it wasn't good for much. Truck was backed in at ramp and caused me to fall. Wasn't much concern. Got all my help from another guest. My wife couldn't take a shower the day of a wedding because room to cold.

The staff was very helpful, providing me with an umbrella so I could unload my bags during a downpour and good tips on local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.

The continental breakfast included eggs, bacon and sausage, but the eggs were kind of cold and not that tasty.

The personel was very kind! The room was sapcious, well equiped, clean, comfy beds. It was more than what I had in mind. Large fridge, cabinets with evrything you needed, two burner stove, dish washer machine, microwave, spacious bathroom, coffee maker, toaster. I mean, it really had everything you needed.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and beds comfortable.

Breakfast room was very small with no place to sit except outside. That was nice for us but it wouldn’t be in bad weather. Unfortunately, I got sick while there and had to spend lots of time in my room and it felt quite small for that. No comfortable chair.

What I liked was there wasn't any cigarette smoke and/or the attempt to cover the cigarette smoke with a horrible stench in my suite. During my entire stay, I was able to breathe easy, my clothes stayed odor free. Yay!

N/A. I was pleasantly surprised with my suite, and I will return from now on for my vaca spot.
