Comfort Inn Denver Central

The morning staff was extremely helpful and polite. Especially a lady at the desk who helped me with what I needed to do to get an Uber. And help recommend a few things to do in the area. She was really nice.

I worked in hotel hospitality for several years I would do anything to make my guests comfortable or welcomed. We got supper on Friday night and the fast food place didn't bring us plates. So my son went to the front desk and asked for a couple plates and he said that the gentleman was rude to him and said they don't give them out at night he can buy his own. I just thought it was rude. If it was true he could be a little nicer about it.

We were vacationing in CO and were leaving Denver and heading home after visiting a friend in Denver area for two days. But our car broke down and we were towed to the auto shop. at first it looked like it’s going to take till the next day to get the car fixed so we booked the Comfort Inn. But the skillful auto mechanic got our car fixed in the late afternoon and we’d really prefer to start our drive east before it got dark. So we stopped at the Comfort Inn and explained our situation and asked if we could cancel and get our refund back. The manager was so kind and was willing to talk to Booking.com and give her consent to accept the cancellation. We were charged by the Booking.com at the time of the online booking. When we arrived at Comfort Inn the manager said she didn’t see the booking on her system, but she was very patient because it took quite a while for us to get connected with the Booking.com over the phone. We were told the refund will be issued. We don’t see it yet but I understand it takes a few weeks.

We like the kind-hearted manager. Can’s say much about the property because we didn’t stay. Our visit there was to see if we could cancel the reservation due to our unexpected turnout with the car repair.

Jaimey was helpful and kind. It was a rare find to actually have a hot breakfast complimentary, bed was clean and very comfortable, big screen TV and lots of provisions like bath needs towels, toiletries, did not take $100 deposit like other places and you can pay when you arrive etc...

Lots of little annoyances at first. No remote, wifi pw( my fault) not found - she showed me it was written on the key envelope. One key was not operable so had to get it programmed, elevator slow....all in all a very nice stay. It is clean and comfortable but needs some cosmetic attention.

I like The View, the property was well maintained and rooms and hotel were clean

The ladies that dude the breakfast actually I should save one lady she is the tallest and biggest lady that does the breakfast was kind of rude and snotty. Asked her about omelets and how I could order one and she rudely looks at me and gives me a dirty look like I'm bothering her and says we don't do that anymore. I said oh just for the rest of the day. she said no we haven' done it since the pandemic. It wasn't what she said but how she said it, She said it with a snotty tone a snotty look like I was bothering her

I loved that this hotel was enough removed from Downtown Denver, yet easy on I25. The area is kind of industrial but it in no way felt uncomfortable and the grounds were well maintained. Our room was an ADA accessible on the first floor which I requested. It was quiet and very comfortable. Ample plillows and comfy bed. Breakfast was outstanding. Hot and well stocked and served. The eating area was kept immaculate by staff with thorough table cleaning between guests. The staff was very accommodating!

Parking was a bit tight but available. Pool was nice but while we were there pretty over run with kids who were all over the place!

The room was clean, spacious, security was good. The breakfast was good with lots of options. When I asked for ear plugs they gave them to me. The location to our events that were downtown made it convenient since it was only a 9 minute drive downtown, but far away that we didn't deal with the downtown congestion.

The surrounding area is run down, so when we first arrived I was concern that the inside was going to match. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The elevator doors need a paint job.

the best thing about our stay was the front office staff, specifically Jerry. It was a New Years eve and the weather was awful (ice and snow) he told us about an amazing steakhouse that is really close to the hotel (Mickeys) it was exceptional get the fillet. Then when we came back our car battery in our key fob was bad. nothing close has a cr2032 button at 9 pm in an ice storm. Jerry had one in his car and gave it to us. Wouldn’t accept any money for it just said pay it forward. I will Jerry. thank you for making our New Year’s Eve special.

The pool in the center is small but super cool. Love the floor plans/ layout of the hotel; continental breakfast was served and boy was it delicious filling and appetizing! The staff was very warm and welcoming. The water on the property gets extremely hot (i looved it)! The dual shower head was the coolest thing about this place.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling; the phone cords was cut or snatched from the wall; cigarette butts on the balcony when i arrived; toilet filled to the top fast and drained very slow. Mini fridge was not cold enough/ freezer part not clearly defined

Upon check in the front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. He was not rude or anything like that. The little bit he did talk he was nice just not a overly friendly/welcoming man. In the day time parking is easy but come night time it fills us very fast.

The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection. The room was nice and quiet,clean, and the location was good for our needs.

hotel is very well maintained, breakfast is excellent.this hotel does offer food thru the bar in the evening. frontdesk staff is friendly and helpful, my room smelled fresh and was clean and comfortable

there is little good to eat very near the hotel except for the Red rooster which is excellent but is only open for breakfast and lunch, itcan b a bit noisy when the patio door is open due to the proximity of the highway,and the luggage carts really need to be cleaned or replaced.
