DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek, CO

The room was good size and bed was comfortable. Location was wonderful, easy on and off freeway. Many good restaurants were very close. Good shopping close by also.

Unable to check in early as I requested. Air filter in room needed changing. Bath tub was very slippery, grips in tub were nonexistent when wet causing a fall out of the tub. $25 weekend buffet was a continental breakfast you could get elsewhere for free.

Excellent location, decent sized rooms, amenities, clean, glass door on shower, very solid in terms of basics, but not high end. Near to Whole Foods, Staples, Target, Panera, Walgreens, Starbucks, so it is very easy to use as basic location -- and also very 3 minutes to Cherry Creek Mall, so it is a good base of operations for business travelers who don't want to be downtown (depressing) or at the tech center area (a bit isolating). Staff was good.

Lack of a business center (they will allow you to print out at the front desk but the lack of business center is a problem for a hotel of this size); luckily there is a Staples and FedExOfficeDepot nearby. The layout of the king room is such that the desk nearly abuts the bed, yet there is a lot of empty space in the room, so it begs the question of why it was laid out like that. Parking is awkward because spaces are near pillars and on second and third levels; the restaurant/bar area is nice but always empty so I would be weary of eating there but there are tons of places nearby; the hallways are a little dated, and the glass shower is misaligned so the bathroom floor gets wet unless you are careful. These are small complaints, otherwise it was pleasant stay.

The hotel was beautiful! We felt very welcome and cared for our entire stay. Staff was incredibly friendly.

This is more a Google maps problem, but we had 4 separate Uber Drivers try to pick us up in an empty lot out behind the hotel instead of the front. Again, more a maps issue and not a problem with the hotel itself.

Great room, enjoyed having the sink outside of the shower/toilet room so we could take turns getting ready. It's in a great part of town and easy to access restaurants and stores.

Parking was tight, it's a small ramp up to the two levels and narrow spots. Be careful if you're taking a large vehicle but it's nice having parking so close.

My room was quiet, The bed comfortable , The breakfsat was great Thank You . You guys saved me and my wife . Anniversay stay . We had very bad luck coming in to town . I didnt know where I was at it was dark and late . I saw Double Tree and you came to the rescue .

I say more parking , But then again I only saw P2 and P3 not sure if there was more somewhere else .

It was nice to have parking garage this time , it snowed and my car was covered. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The only minor issue i could see is if you are a tall person the shower had a very low ceiling and the shower head is mounted low.

Nice view. Comfy, spacious room. Cookies were 🤤 Good, central location to everything.

Could of used a little updating for the price point. Bathroom was dated. Tub closure was broken and shower was short, I'm 6ft, so I had to dunk to be under the water 😂

There wad s group of young teens running around in and out of the restaurant and pool area they broke furniture and ran through the halls Bathroom had mold. Desk and fridge were splattered with something. Bedside drawer would not close

please do not pay attention to the bad reviews this place got. this was me and my girlfriends first trip together and we were iffy at first but gave it a shot. we spent 4 nights here and needless to say my girlfriend loved the cookies and the fireplace in the lobby. staff was super friendly and attentive.

I was there just for a quick 2 day trip. It was clean, pretty and super comfortable.

When I did the check in the receptionist try to charge me way more than my booking confirmation saying it was taxes. But then when i got to my room i realized my reservation already included those so I went down again till she finally gave me the actual price.
