Friendly staff and cleanliness

Have to ask for room service. Have to pay a $250 deposit upon arriving along with your room fee. Deposit was not disclosed beforehand.

Convenient to the the Nature and science museum downtown and the Aquarium. Average place, simple, the pool and hot tub we’re working. Continental breakfast was good; basic, had to wait 10 mins for food because they were so busy.

Had to pay $5 bucks for parking, I know that’s not a lot of money, but I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel like that. Only downtown where they are parking garages or secured spots.

Typical continental breakfast: bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, variety of fruit, etc. Sausage was very very good and have a good selection of teas. Location is extremely convenient, right off the freeway so its easy to get to main attractions (>15 min from gothic theater, museum, and zoo, about 20 min from Meow Wolf). LOTS of amazing food places and coffee shops near by. Front desk agent (named Doug) was PHENOMENAL and always so positive and helpful with everything.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but perfect if you’re out most and about most of the day. Had some miscommunication across staff about extending my stay but things got resolved quickly (thanks to Front Desk agent Doug)

The hotel products, like soap and lotion were good quality. I didn't eat a chance to eat breakfast. The eating area was spacious tho. The parking lot is a little small but not too bad.

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows were very soft. The contrast was off putting for me. No one else with me seemed to care tho.

Great suite with everything I needed for a week-long stay. Well stocked kitchen and clean room. Excellent location next to cherry creek, I-25 access, restaurants, and Whole Foods across the street. No noise issues as it’s tucked far enough away from the main road.

$5 per night charge for parking. It’s a huge parking lot, why charge your guests to park there?

The front desk staff was awesome-especially The man who works nights. He recommended some restaurants that were perfect for us. we like that the inn is secluded, has trees around it, and has a very nice outdoor patio. Also, the location of the hotel is great as there are many places within walking distance, including Walgreens, McDonald's, world market, Whole Foods, and many restaurants. Breakfast was very good, well organized, and the staff friendly.

And there was nothing we didn't like about this property.

Everything was wonderful from the moment Augustus checked us in until when the nice gentleman handed me our folio the next day. I spent many years as a trainer for another hotel and am exceptionally critical. I still travel quite a bit and have seen the good, bad, and in between. This stay far exceeded my expectations, especially for the reasonable price.

I didn't care for a parking fee.

I had trouble with the room I was initially in as it had an awful smell. I finally asked to be moved in the middle of the night and they found me a room straight away. In addition they gave me a credit of $30 per night for the two nights for the inconvenience. They handled it very well. The rooms are a nice size, and the breakfast is very good.

I would have preferred not to have to move rooms, but given that I did, they handled it very well.

The sausage could have been better

Hotel is not in downtown but in nice/safe and convenient location. Staff is kind. Hotel condition met our expectation.

Charge of $5 for parking - don't know why just add it in hotel price. I guess it is just for a sticker to prevent non-hotel people parking at the lot.
