Location of this hotel is right in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to shopping, stores, malls, etc.

Continental breakfast was served daily, quality and taste was standard, wish there was more hot breakfast options.

The staff were amazing - it was great to walk in and see such friendly staff, smiles, super accommodating, professional, polite and chill. It was great chatting with them too! :) The location was good, right next to Capitol Hill; and I wanted a room that might possibly have a view - and the staff were so willing, helpful and got me a room with the best possible view, based on my room type. They were both funny, easy to chat with and the perfect hosts you could possibly have. It was very welcoming, and really was the best way to start my stay 😁👍🏼 The lobby was spotless, nicely furnished, and getting up to the room was easy; breakfast area was stocked and coffee/tea was 24hrs, which was great ;) I got a double room, the beds were the perfect height, pillows and sheets were super comfy, soft and loved how everything was arranged just right. Storage area and cupboards were available, and below the TV, there was a fridge, shelves, etc. Lighting was just right - not too bright. There were charging sockets everywhere, bathroom was stocked with towels and best of all, the work desk had an awesome chair, really comfy, and I could have sat on that for hours. Loved my stay here - can’t wait to come back!!! 😁👍🏼

I loved that they were able to let us check in early and the staff was really nice. The store has something everyone will like and there dryers work amazing!

I didn't like the tent city at the church across the way firefighteres were over there quite a bit and it got loud at night sometimes. The breakfast is a bit lamer than it used to be aswell, no fresh eggs or sausage like there used to but change is inevitable overall amazing stay

. Parking. Yhey charged 35 a night for valet and my vehicle was parked outside very dimly lit and not visible by the valet attendant they had bo cameras for the atendent to watch I ended up parking in a pay lot next door....way cheaper $4 a day and even cheaperon the weekend

Location is very good, close to downtown. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with some good design touches. Breakfast was abundant although not enough healthy options. The room was very comfortable, wifi was good, and the bathroom very nice.

No free parking in a city with two parking structures per capita. Instead, we had to wake up before 6Am to renew adjacent public parking ticket daily, because hotel only offers expensive vallet parking. Breakfast produces an incredible amount of non recyclable garbage. Can the hotel at least serve compostable utensils and plates, since nothing is washable and everything is thrown away?

Blake, the front desk manager, was excellent. He was very professional and always willing to help us go the extra mile. My only complaint about the hotel was the discomfort of the pillows and he searched through the pillows in the back to help us find some better ones. My daughter had an upset stomach and he looked for anything he could find help us get our hands on some Tums or something we could provide for my daughter. He was super friendly and very professional. The hotel overall was well situated and the free street parking out front was very cost effective. The size of our room was excellent and we were very comfortable at the hotel. There is a fairly large refrigerator in the room as well as a microwave. I would highly recommend!

Pillows weren’t so comfy.

The reception area’s laid out pretty well, lots of chairs, coffee/tea 24/hrs a day and the reception’s right in the middle, easy to access and staff present were professional, nice & approachable. Breakfast spread was pretty great! It does get busy in the mornings, so best to go early. Loved how everything was so clean, super organized and tidy. Great rooms, super roomy, comfy beds, just the right height and loved how the pillows were a mix of both hard and soft options. TV selection was somewhat okay, fridge and microwave came in handy. Bathroom was spotless, stocked up with lots of towels and it was fresh! :)

The hotel had a great atmosphere, updated amenities, and delicious breakfast. I loved that you had to use your room key to get into the front doors of the building after a certain time and to use the elevators - gave a sense of added security that I will take any day of the week. Cheaper parking nearby so you don't have to use their valet parking if you don't want to.

I didn't like that you had to put down a $40 "deposit." Even though you get that back at checkout - you won't if you use valet parking and any additional amenities. I didn't know about this, so it was a surprise to me. I also don't like that you have to pay for parking - free parking should be included in your stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, nice staff.

Breakfast was okay, it would have been nice to have more fresh options or fruits/vegetables. Using plastic utensils was also not sustainable nor made you feel like you were having a decent breakfast. One of the elevators was down, which made getting from floor to floor a bit delayed but they notified us that it was being worked on.
