Hyatt Place Denver Downtown

Front desk was very quick to respond to any inquiries I had or discrepancies. I hit like the fact that breakfast was included in my rate and you had free Wi-Fi

Well I stayed there I did I had the physically ask the front desk to get someone to change out my towels stay there for 3 days before I ran through all the towels in my room and during that time no one came to clean my room once I asked the front desk though then my room was cleaned the morning after. Also I would have liked a French toast waffle or pancake option for breakfast

Very close to the convention center, and located in the city centre. Nice neighborhood, felt safe in coming back home in the evening. Very large room with nice view on the mountains. Breakfast with many options for food and drinks

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but as a complete foreigner to the city and US, I would have liked some more help on sightseeing options & how to get there without a car

Once we got checked in, everything was just fine. Good level of friendliness in the staff, good level of cleanliness throughout the hotel (lobby floor, room, pool area), well-stocked breakfast in the morning, towels at the pool and in room so as not to need to ask for more. The pool was pretty warm compared with most regular pools, which was nice. The lobby has lots of seating which was nice for eating take out and not having to do so in the room.

Check in time is later than I’m used to seeing (4 pm) and when I tried to check in early, I was told the room wasn’t ready. However when I arrived at the 4 pm time, I was told the room still wasn’t ready, but it had something to do with the reservation being for a handicap accessible room, which I only booked because it was the best rate, not because we needed it. The woman who was helping me just asked her supervisor if she could change us to a regular room and it was of course not a big deal, which got me thinking that perhaps we would have been able to check in earlier if this particular clerk (who was the same person I spoke with over the phone earlier in the day) knew a little more about what she was doing, could have allowed us to check in earlier as I had hoped.

I really loved everything there! from staff, location, cleanliness, easy access to multiple amenities Denver has to offer. only issue was totally out of the hotel and staff control and I address below

like I stated above, there wasn’t anything the amazing staff and property could do about it. Around 9pm the tv lost signal and when I checked out it hadn’t been repaired. There was a storm that started as rain and turned into snow with significant totals. there is nothing anyone besides the tv provider could do I so I do not blame them and still gave a 10 and would certainly return!!!

Location was the main factor in choosing the hotel. Walking distance to where I needed to go i.e. Ball Arena. Staff on reception fantastic. Included breakfast was good - appreciated that there was some daily variety.

Housekeeping could be intrusive. I had a knock on the door at 8.45am on my first morning. Regardless of whether there is a Do No Disturb sign out or not, that is an unacceptable time. On my final day I was bothered at 10am with the sign out.

Location was very convenient to both the convention center as well as many downtown tourist destinations. There was always a staff member cleaning the lobby as well as elevators. There was a selection of hot and cold breakfast options.

The door to our room did not shut smoothly, had to push or pull to get it to latch. There was little variety in what was offered on the breakfast bar. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable regarding the location/restaurants, etc.

I liked that the rooms were large, modern and clean, with great views of the city and mountains. The coffee in the lobby (Seattle’s Best) was fresh and good quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was just a few blocks from the 16th Street Mall.

It’s hard to find something I didn’t like about the property, but here’s the best I can do. The breakfast was okay, but could be better. The scrambled eggs and links sausages were pretty bland. I was happier with my yogurt and banana nut muffin. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Hyatt Place Denver Downtown. It’s a 10 in my book.

Check in was easy. Valet parking, while a little expensive, was efficient. The hotel did provide information about other, less costly, parking options nearby. All staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was large and easily accommodated the five of us for one night. It was nice that the bar was able to prepare Starbucks coffee with espresso.

The included breakfast was large and varied but quality was not as expected. The waffles were too hard and scrambled eggs could have been better.

Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Quiet room. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

I had a great deal of difficulty finding my way from the railway station to the hotel. No taxis and had to take two buses. Found out later that I could have walked to the hotel in 15 minutes if I knew where I was going. Serves me right for not having Google Maps on my phone :-)

The staff was so freaking nice they were just so polite and awesome; the valet they also were very nice! it was a quiet room, the breakfast was yummy and the check out was nice to know we can leave at 12. the bar was cool had a couple drinks

house keeping we only had them clean our room once and they didnt really clean other than make our bed and took our shoe boxes we were using for our shoes to store them away, didnt take the trash or vaccum. you also dont get a safe to store your personal belongings.
