The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection

The live Jazz band is highlight of the hotel, being able to hear them in the spacious building provided great acoustics. Location of the hotel is also one of the best with everything within walking distance, ended up staying an extra night due to how comfortable and inviting the space felt. Room service food was 10/10, didn’t get a chance to eat at the other restaurant they had sadly but i will recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the denver area & plan on booking for all my future trips.

This beautiful historical hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Denver within walking distance of shops on the 16th Street Mall and the Denver Art Museum. There is a wider range of food and beverage outlets. Staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with my needs and concerns. I loved exploring the different floors of the hotel, including the historical Dr Sun Yat Sen suite.

The bar gets very lively in the evening and you can hear the music in your room. But it all finishes well before 9 pm.

No hot water in room 616 the night we arrived , next day after 2 phone calls to maintenance, a young guy arrived turns the water on for 5 minutes before hot water finally came on. The 2nd sink in bathroom both knobs were broke and didn't work. Some one dropped pieces of bread in hallway when we arrived and was never vacuumed, was still there when. I left yesterday. parking was always full. Not enough lights in rooms

Very beautiful and elegant hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food costs are high and valet parking was also a little pricey at $52. There are other cheaper alternatives if you want to drive around to find a public parking ramp. Hallway noise really carry into the room, so if you plan on sleeping in late hope your a sound sleeper.

Location is within walking distance to many Downtown landmarks....Union Station, the Capitol Building, shops and eateries. The concierge was very helpful.

Overnight parking is only available via valet for $52 per night. That should be advertised on the Booking.com website in advance. The receptionist was texting on her phone throughout my check in process and was very distracted and disinterested in my inquires, thank goodness for the concierge. And one of the elevators was broken. The remaining elevator was very slow. We used the stairs a lot and got lots of exercise.

The history of the hotel. The breakfasts were very good. The bedroom & bathroom were very comfy.

The noise of the Afternoon Tea/band that went on until 19.30 on the Saturday we arrived. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned the 1st day as the maid hadn’t been by 18.30.

Loved the room and the service. Beautiful, restored hotel in an historic area.

Quality of the breakfast was poor, and expensive...it's the middle of summer, but the fruit plate was awful...looked like someone just ran up to the local Safeway and bought some stuff

This is a very high class old fashioned hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Both bars were fantastic as well as the restaurants. Everyone here was very kind. I would come back if I ever return to Denver. P.S. - The majority of the staff have been here for 5 years plus (or the staff I encountered). The great resignation hasn't affected this hotel. Employee loyalty shows good management...

I was upset that there is only one entrance to the hotel. They were experiencing elevator issues. The spa is expensive.

response from front desk lacking. ice machines were not working and asked for some ice to be sent to my room. never came. Phone didn't work (no battery in handset) but speaker ok.

Special ambience, central location

I was confirmed for a one night stay on a particular date but wasn’t expected until the following week. Apparently a mix up between booking.com and the hotel. Luckily the hotel was able to offer my son & new bride another room!
