Hyatt House Denver/Downtown

It was really quite nice. We had a suite on floor 16. Nice view, great bed , well equipped small kitchen and a great sitting area. The TV swivels 360 degrees to watch from either bedroom or sitting room. Nice place. I don’t know how they could be so very bad about breakfast!

The breakfast was horrible. I’m not even a picky eater and I could not eat it. I think maybe the bacon was ok. Eggs were inedible. I saw people at tables around us unhappy with their food. When I read reviews about the hotel I didn’t believe breakfast could be as bad as some people were saying. Boy were they right! Hotel itself was just fine but don’t bother with the free breakfast!!

This hotel is absolutely good price for money. It si very central, very comfortable, I had a very large and well equipped room with a view on Downtown, and the staff is helpful and discreet at the same time. If I have to choose, I'd say the the helpfulness of the staff was the best thing in my recent stay. I should include a special mention for Nicole (at the reception) who helped me with a quite tricky receipt and then booked me a Uber with her own account and then waited for the car with me. Her smile is the last fond memory of Denver I keep. Thank you very much!

Maybe there could be more choice/alternative at the breakfast, such as croissants etc. Putting one or two bottle of water and/or juice or soda in the fridge in the room would be very helpful.

Modern rooms, great lighting, comfy beds, very nice shower and bathroom, friendly staff, spacious and inviting lobby/lounge

Honestly there's not much to complain about. I wish there were more vegan options at breakfast, and out of the 8 or so canisters of coffee, at least 3 of them had tepid or even cold coffee. And it was only 7:30AM. So that was a little odd. But the staff addressed it quickly. The parking situation is a little tricky, if you don't want to pay $49/day for their valet parking. We ended up parking down the street for much less than the valet, since we didn't need to go in and out much.

I came to visit for a conference and stayed for 6 nights on the 17th floor. The view was beautiful, day and night. The room not only looked clean, it felt and smelled clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Front desk was polite and always ready to serve with a smile. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. Their fitness room is small but complete to do cardio, weights, etc. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I will definitely come back and stay here again for the next visit.

Spacious and quiet room with mini kitchen. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant, and the location made it easy for me to walk everywhere.

Breakfast ends so early (10a), missed it by 2min. To make matters worse, you couldn't even buy anything. I walked to the other Hyatt like two blocks away and bought breakfast. Lastly, if things like worn towels or a hole in a bathmat bothers you, then this property may not be for you. Everything was very clean just a tad worn.

The room was very nice, clean and in great condition. The breakfast was very good and I really enjoyed the fluffy scrambled eggs. The entire package was priced very well. The 2 young men at the desk when we checked in are an example show the kind of customer service and customer care that is sorely lacking in many businesses today. The young man that greeted us and handled the valet parking was an awesome representative and first impression of your facility. Whenever in Denver, we will only stay at this location. Thank you so much.

There was not a single thing that neither I or my wife were not happy with..

The room was amazing. Very clean and it had everything one would need. Great view in a great location. 16th Street Mall is only a few minutes away by foot. The interstate and other highways are also not far if you are planning on exploring nature around Denver. Breakfast options were good too.

Parking can be tricky. The valet parking is a bit pricey but the staff is happy to recommend alternative options.

The room was clean and quite (I had an high-floor room), and the hotel is well-located, right next to the Convention Center. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausages, bread, bagels, fresh fruit, and more. Everything was fresh and there was enough room for the guests of the hotel. The staff was amazing, they are friendly and very, very helpful - HUGE thanks to Brittany!

Nothing on the negative side really, everything was great.

The rooms are very spacious and clean! The staff couldn’t have been better. They were the nicest staff we encountered on our whole trip. It also is less than a 5 minute walk to 16th street which was nice :) The breakfast is included with your stay and it was DELICIOUS with a lot of options. Oh, and they have delicious $5 bloody mary’s and mimosas!

No complaints at all

The associate at the front desk immediately upgraded our room because by the time we arrived, they did not have any standard rooms with a king size bed. We appreciated that, as Hyatt Loyalty members. We found the room cleaning staff to be very attentive to our requests for additional soap and towels. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was quite nice and a great start to our day. All associates were very professional and kind in response to our questions. We will definitely return to this Hyatt House.

There was a little noise created by the elevators that we could hear in our room, but we became accustomed to it. Not a big issue.
