DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver - Thornton

I like that the swimming pool is open late, and check out it's not until noon. The breakfast is very tasty

I didn't like the fact that the patio was not up to the normal standards all three of the waterfalls were broken and shut off and all of the outdoor fireplaces were not working. And none of the pretty lights were lit up anywhere on the patio I was kind of bummed out about the patio. I really enjoy spending time outside and conversating sitting in front of the fire.

We didn't get breakfast or our cookies at first but was given cookies at checkout Was charged $60 more than guarantee room charge One front desk clerk was kind of rude Another was new and didn't know a thing about what she was doing had no business ALONE at the counter. Pool was to frigid Husband couldn't enjoy pool or hot tub because hot was way to hot. Smelled like rotten eggs on way to our room No microwave n room Room floor had some stains on it.

The staff and the quality of the rooms of this facility are always above expectations!

It’s by a busy interstate, but the insulation in the rooms makes it nearly soundproof

Breakfast was available but was too pricey for me and the hours were limited. Star Buck's wasa close walk and a Kum and Go convenients and gas were very accommodating.

The bathroom seemed close and the comodes we're very low down, asked at the desk and was informed all the rooms were similarly equiped.

The tub could have been cleaned better and when went into the courtyard the fire pits weren't on..not sure if they go off certain times of the evening but would have been nice to enjoy

I didn’t like the pillows because they were to soft, I like ones that are more firmer. the tv channel list had ‘no information’ so didn’t know what I was watching until on that channel.

Very nice front desk people. Good value for money. Having a hair dryer great! Fridge worked very well. Breakfast buffet was good value for money and food. Easy auto check out.

Would be nice to have a free bottle of water in the room.

the hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend. I understand Sunday was a holiday. maybe they could have been closed just on the actual holiday.

had to ask 3 times to get our room serviced—was finally serviced on day 5 of our stay. Also lost electricity in half of our room.

Breakfast was too expensive for us. Our room was different from last time. There wasn't a microwave.

No microwave. Housekeeping came only once. Room size was smaller than our last stay.
