La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Denver Northglenn

The room was clean, nice. Comfortable bed, toiletries. Easy check in and check out. Very nice free breakfast [really liked the 'fried' much better than the 'scrambled' egg patty. The sausage patties were substantial].

NO HOT WATER....tepid at best. Parking lot was almost unrivaled [potholes]. Sidewalks, building need pressure washing or some sort of power cleaning.

I prefer these hotel's over most others because of a good number of reasons that rate much higher than most any in their typical price range and are said to be similar when searching them. I can't recall ever having any problems at any of the numerous La' Quinta Inn hotel's I've stayed in during the more than 200 days I spend in hotels each year in various cities and states.

Easy Check-in. Room was newly remodeled and very clean. I asked the manger for housekeeping and they came right away and cleaned the room. The check out was easy and location is right off I-25, close to airport, downtown, and Boulder. Great Location!

Anna who works at the front desk is very professional and very helpful. All the housekeepers we're polite professional and very prompt. Some staff not so pleasant but it's understandable.

That the laundry room & vending machines. The washer took my card but wouldn't take it for dryer so had to go to a laundry mat. The vending machines there DON'T work at all.

Everything was good and cool the room was really good

The only thing I don't like was the condition of the parking lot so many holes but it's not just the parking lot it's the whole city so I don't know who is the responsible for the matter

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bed was comfortable (king size). Thanks for having the Gideon bible. Shower was awesome...nice hot water with a minute or 2 with very low temperature outside...this is a plus. Location was excellent: Village Inn restaurant next door and Gas station. In other side of street you had Cracker Barrel and another gas station. Other restaurants were also close by along with Safeway super market.....this was a big plus. The best part was the location of the hotel which was next to the 25 Freeway and extremely convenient......this was the best feature (in and out).

Due to Covid19 the property could not serve breakfast so even though it was included in the price, I did not get a small discount because I had to buy it offsite. Stayed there for 14 days and would have like 7 hangers vs 5. Only the ice machines were working in the front of the hotel but the ones in the back where I was located did not work. Too many pot holes in the property so this needs to be handled at some point (I know the weather plays a big part in Colorado but it would be best serve if this would be fixed).

breakfast wasn’t very good. due to construction breakfast was pre-bagged and was the same every day. There should be something on here or the hotel website stating the situation about breakfast. no microwave in room

The fact that they didn't have eggs or fried potatoes or oatmeal already made

The front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Informed me of the construction/ room remodeling going on then apologized for the inconvenience.

The room was dirty. Definitely needed to be swept and mopped. The bed comforters were stained.
