Quality Inn Trinidad

The facility was wonderful. The rooms were attractive and exceptionally clean. The common areas were spacious and the pool area was very nice plus a great option for indoor swimming in cold weather.

I didn't enjoy having the breakfast area lights turned off and trash cans rolled away while I was still eating. Very unwelcoming. There was no drinking water available at breakfast.

Check in was incredibly easy. I didn't even have to sign anything. I got my room keys within the first 30 seconds.

I actually lived at this hotel for work back in 2013. The place definitely needs some work done. You can tell it's just slowly starting to fall apart, but it was a place to stay and was large enough for my family and I, so we didn't mind.

parking lot could use some refurbishment, as well as side and back entry areas. But most importantly, the king bed in my room needs to be changed out; the sides were squishy soft, the center was a hard mound. I did not sleep well, which is the most important thing when I am traveling alone.

I noticed a lot of upgrades since the last time I stayed here. I REALLY liked the new shades/window coverings that you can totally black out your room!!! We were also very happy that the pool was open because it has been closed every other time we have stayed here.

The only thing that wasn't good was the leak that was coming from the floor above in the bathroom and the little closet area. It soaked the carpet and some of our things that we were keeping in there. And, I think due to this leak, perhaps going unnoticed, there was a distinct moldy smell when we walked in.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed, room temperature while sleeping. Although we came in late and left right after breakfast, other amenities (pool, bar, pool tables) looked nice. The lobby and dining room were spacious.

The breakfast was fair. My husband would have liked Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits as another option to burritos. The packaged sweet roll was not as tasty as others I have eaten.

Breakfast was plentiful. Waffles, omelets, burritos, breads (toaster), oatmeal(microwave), cereal, coffee/tea. Hot tub was hot.

Swimming pool temp is cold. The people across from us were smoking pot in the non-smoking area - the smell came over to our room.

We love everything about this hotel! It is attractive, clean, comfortable, and inviting. The breakfast is great. The indoor pool is perfect, especially when it's snowing outside. We stay here frequently and are never disappointed in any way.

We frequently stay at this hotel for several reasons! Everything is exceptionally clean. The rooms and common areas are spacious and modern and the beds are comfortable. The heated indoor pool is a great treat for all ages.

The front desk lady was amazing.

The hotel could use a revamp. Old carpet and facilities, but it was clean. Parking lot was a little darker than I liked.

The pool, along with access to the pool..my boys liked the pool table. Located near the interstate but not in town.
