Good location, remarkably quiet being next to interstate on-ramps. somewhat close to Amtrak stop if you don’t have a lot of luggage to lug around. Wish there was hotel transportation to the stop for hotel guest that need it. But Patricia was terrific in recommending Tom for transportation to Amtrak stop as well as our main destination: Colorado Springs. the Sonic next door is great, and also walking to downtown Main Street is easy. Trinidad is a cute town!

The sink had short curly hair in it. The sink was cracked. The floor underneath the sink had trash. The was hair on several places on the bed. There was no clock on either night stand. The hotel lobby was locked when we attempted to check out. Very few plug ins. Bring an extension cord.

The grounds were a mess. Weeds everywhere. A pretty garden area was totally neglected. Our room was near a dumpster that had several non-working refrigerators sitting near it.

Around the back of the hotel was a little secluded to me especially being a female traveling alone and the door facing the parking lot could have use an extra lock.

Love the centralized location. Smack Dab in the center of everything.
TV was below par, no channel guide and no cable looked like. I had to connect my Roku. Hardwood floors make the room cold as well as the floor, it’s freezing.

it was very easy to access, and close to downtown area. unfortunately the power was out to many downtown restaurants due to a wind storm and we were unable to explore

No breakfast, but staff was very helpful. Room was fairly clean. Room was extra spacious and very good price. Will definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone.
Room smelled a little musty, sheets seemed washed, but had some stains that made the sheets look a little dirty. But overall it was a great place to stay.
