The staff is very professional in getting my reservation straightened out I'd made the wrong reservation for the wrong date and they were very helpful and very friendly. They went over and above their duties as front desk ... I will be coming back soon! I stay in Raton once or twice a month for business and this will be my go-to hotel Motel.

The staff was excellent. Everyone very friendly, and helpful as well. When asked for something, it was immediately given with a good attitude.
The mattress was not as comfortable as we like. With a family of 4 a little more room would have been wonderful, of course I know they can not do anything about that. But better mattresses would be a plus.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly without of their way to make you feel comfortable Spencer but
The toilets too low at the tub is too deep. I have hip problems to try to climb into the tub to take a shower with a little bit. Painful of the toilet is very very low

This hotel was very nice. The upgrades were great! The rooms were a spacious size, and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Restrooms were clean. This hotel was a 10/10!! This is definitely my Raton stay from now on. The area its in is also nice.

really nice staff who even gave us cute little paper sack breakfast snack and hand-wrote thank on it. Also saved my lost water bottle for me! the beds were very comfortable.
Floor, although it was vinyl-wood-look instead of carpet, they had cleaned with something slippery and we had to alert the staff.

Not much breakfast. It was in a brown bag and only had juice of some kind and a granola bar and small container of fruit. I understand though that for the price of the room you can’t have everything
The toilet stool was much lower than a normal one and because we are older it was difficult for us.

The location was right off 1-25 which was perfect. It was very clean and updated. the price was right.
It was a little hard to see from the road. We missed it had to do a u-turn. It was a little hard to find but not bad enough to not stay there again!

Just what we needed. Good location, comfort, Easy access from the parking lot. I already mentioned the cleanliness and the friendly staff.
The breakfast (Sorry, we do not like marasquino fruit salad). A simple buffet is so much better.

Super friendly staff, super easy check-in and check-out. We always stop here on our way to Colorado and it's consistently the same: clean, affordable, comfortable, and friendly staff. I also like that it has a mini-frig in the room for our items that need to be kept cold & that we can recharge the ice-packs for our cooler. The location is great--at the corner of 2 highways. I like that this is a simple hotel and you're not paying for extra things that you won't use. This is an excellent place to stay as you're passing through Raton. Thank you! :)

Location was great. Easy access to Interstate. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The price was very reasonable for the Summer season.
