Mohegan Sun

The bed was comfortable, and the bathrobes were nice. Free water bottles were given to us at check-in. There were fire pits and chairs outside the building which would have been nice to visit had the weather been better.

The Website pictures made the room look more luxurious than it was. The cost of the room was very high for what it offered - and the in-room snacks available were priced outrageously ($18 for small can of nuts)! I recognize that the casino often comps the rooms - but we were there for a basketball game and are not frequent gamblers Also, the elevators to the room are a hefty walk away from the hotel check-in and casino. If you're someone with limited mobility, be advised to consider a wheelchair or stop frequently for breaks.

The Hotel was beautiful and clean. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice. There are a lot of food choices, and the restaurants we ate at had good food, service and short wait time for your food.

We went there to play the slot machines, and we felt like they didn't have a lot of different selections for the amount of slots they have. They have a lot of the same games and a lot of older machines. The most frustrating part was the fact that our cards rarely worked. It's obvious that that was the same for everyone cause we found a lot of cards left on the machines. I don't understand how you can earn rewards if you can't use your card.

Easy access to room to the concert arena. There was enough to keep us occupied during our stay.

Since c/in wasn’t until 4pm, we arrived to our room after 3pm. After the concert, I had the front desk if they could extend a late c/o w/no fees since we did not arrive into our room until after 3pm. I had indicated that I wanted to make some spa appointments but was told that noon was the latest time I could have the room w:o incurring a fee. I was not happy with how uncooperative the agent was. If they could have extended the room with a few, clearly the room was not booked. It would have been a nice gesture for them to honor a late c/o for 2pm

Unfortunately l took i’ll and could not accompany my friend to the Matchbox Twenty concert. However she informed me that her stay was good. She was able to check in with my authorization and enjoy the concert. She took out food from Pepe’s and had a nice breakfast at Hash Daddy(sic) She told me she would definitely stay at Mohegan Sun again! l am a repeat customer and look forward to visiting again !!

The signs for valet parking need to be more clear for first time visitors, as per my friend.

It was convenient for the concert we went to at the arena in Mohegan Sun.

The rooms are showing their age. Hair in he sink and at check in, they tried to negotiate what they considered an upgrade to to Queen room from the king room we were booked into. She claimed the tower we were in was noisy. How noisy can it be 10 floors up? She wanted an additional $50. I said no and she said how bout $30? We already were paying $450 for the room. I did not appreciate her motive to get more money from us.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the property and every single staff member was extremely nice and helpful. Mia welcomed us at check in. Toni did an exceptional massage at the spa and Dillan and Jay were absolutely wonderful helping us when the slot machine froze and stopped working while my boyfriend was using it. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the Mohegan Sun. The entire place was absolutely gorgeous and clean and our room exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back soon! The room was very clean. They don't offer it but I saw someone ask for bottles of water and they had them available. They provided a few bottles of water in the room, which I really liked. Most of the staff seemed friendly but none of them went out of their way to communicate. The cleaning crew was very helpful when I had trouble finding my room. You have to have a key-card to go up in the elevator so the place seemed really secure.

I didn't realize on my way past that I could have checked in right at the "tower" I was staying in. Instead I walked all the way down to the main lobby area but then had to backtrack quite a ways to get to the right location. I wish signage would have been better. I couldn't find my room. The number of the room was 51024, so I thought it was the fifth floor. It was actually the tenth floor, as all the room numbers in this area started with a 5. Since I used the check-in kiosk no one told me that. I had to call the hotel from the fifth floor to find out where to go. One of the key cards for the room didn't work but they gave me a new one as soon as I mentioned it.

The staff was very nice and always tried to help.

I was given a handicapped room without being told ahead of time. The door had an auto stay open that made it difficult to close right behind you which although not a big deal was annoying not having the door close behind you. The shower was also a handheld shower head with little water pressure which was a pain. Also due to being s handicap room but not the room I was shown when making my reservation.

I liked the view and the floor (6th). Happy that I argued to get the 2 Queen Bed that I had reserved. The bed was comfortable.

I did not like the attitude of the manager (5/7 @ 9 a.m. Caucasian woman who was training a trainee) and the first representative at the front desk that originally serviced me. Myca was incredibly nice when I returned to check on the status of my room. She accommodated me by giving me (5) $10 coupons to use throughout Mohegan. While I appreciated that, I could not use it at the Tom's Urban. Our lunch was $73, very expensive and we could not take it to go because they had no boxes, that was super disappointing.

I loved the cleanliness, amazing hospitality and easy access to everything from sky tower!

Only complaint I would have is to make sure that you book your stay at sky tower if you want a more elegant experience and to also make sure staff knows where to lead you when booking, we have room and floor number and got sent the wrong way twice but other than that amazing stay!
