Courtyard by Marriott Norwich

We were greeted by Betty, who was the nicest person to be greeted by at a hotel. She was extremely friendly, made additional accommodations for our family and was very patient with us a check-in. It was a great start to a great stay. The pool was clean and the water was nice and warm. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

We had to leave by 7am the next morning for a function. We tried to get coffee made at 6:30 and then again at 6:45 and were told no, had to wait until 7. It would have been great if there was a "serve yourself" coffee station. Hot tub not open

Loved the room, facilities and food options. Everyone who worked here was welcoming and friendly. From the Starbucks counter to the front desk and even the cleaning staff, they truly wanted us to have a nice stay. We took advantage of all of the facilities that were available. Had the pool to ourselves in the evening, despite an almost sold out hotel, and even got to use the fitness center in the morning. Our two queen room was quite large and even had a small couch and balcony. It was a wonderful surprise. Easy travel to Mystic, New London and casinos.

The hot tub was out of service. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but still enjoyed the heated pool.

Privacy, relatively quiet, excellent staff courtesy, access to small gym with working equipment, hi speed wifi, beds and pillows super comfortable, microwave invaluable for long-term stay

Refrigerator is way too small with odd door inserts that prevented me from stocking up even a little. Refrigerators need much improvement--size and internal layout--for guests wanting to prepare food for themselves, especially during a pandemic where eating out may be risky. Hotel should invest in better small refrigerators. I could not stand up a juice container and the door prevented me from making better use of the space for what I needed to keep cold.

The staff was competent, helpful and pleasant. We requested a different room after the first night and we’re moved quickly without any problem. The restaurant located in a building in front of the hotel is excellent. The bistro in the hotel makes good food to order for breakfast.

The hotel is located at an interstate highway interchange, with lots of traffic noise. The building is not well sound proofed, resulting in noise from outside as well as from adjoining rooms.

The hotel rooms were great, the beds were comfortable and gave more than enough pillows. Towels were changed on request promptly also. Facilities were good and the staff were super helpful everytime assistance was required.

We didn't realise until later into the trip that there isn't a regular cleaning service and you have to request it specifically after day 2 of staying.

I had dinner and breakfast food was perfect and hot coffee excellent and staff very personable

I booked my room through booking. Com called directly to Marriott courtyard in norwich ct and no deals for visiting uncle who went to nursing home unexpectedly especially drove 3.5 hours after working full-time so didn't even arrive until 6:30 Friday night! So my cost for 1 full day and short night on Friday stay cost $622 dollars with room tax included! Very pricey but would still prefer to stay at this hotel because it's where I grew up so I drive around and not get lost!

Great location, always very clean, all the rooms have streaming service options on the TVs which is something most other hotels around here don’t have, very relaxing color scheme (neutral/cool tones are ideal for unwinding—unlike the ugly off-yellows and reds often seen in hotels), most comfy pillows ever, the list goes on and on.

Great place to stay in the middle of everything . The hotel suite was amazing and the beds were comfortable. So nice to have top quality pillows and bedding.

Loved everything!

The location is good, the staff is friendly.

The fitness room could use a little updating, the carpet throughout the hotel is pretty old and weathered, and the shower curtain had a little mold.

The bed was super comfortable and the facility was clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

The scrambled eggs were not edible.
