Hilton Garden Inn Closest Foxwoods

Clean Room, polite staff at front desk. 5 minutes from Foxwoods. Late checkout (12pm) Loved outdoor hot tub

Toilet VERY low to floor, toilet paper was almost behind the toilet, (we ended up taking a roll off the holder and leaving it on the counter) pillows were horrible. The people in the room next to us were smoking (against hotel policy) and smoking weed. The smell came into our room on the 2nd night. It was very bad. Called the front desk as we didn’t want to get charged the $500 fee for smoking in room (it was that bad). They were very apologetic and offered to move our room, since it was almost 1am we decided to stay in room and turn on AC to see if that helped.

The staff is always outstanding and friendly. The manager is great! She is very guest oriented and wishes to have all of her guests have a great stay

Only a very small setback that was solved but not in a timely matter through no fault of management. Our coffee pot did not work, which as seniors we count on in the morning. We are slow moving and need that cup of coffee!! There was a little mix up as to where the replacement coffee pot went but we did get a brand new one delivered and set up by Brittney who was great!!!!

Comfortable and good sized rooms

Lack of shuttle to casino, we booked hotel due to close location, to be fair, we were not sure if the free shuttle was available, but assumed it could be, surely? we need to stop restricting services due to COVID! unfortunately it is still not operating, staff advise local cabs won’t collect. Lyft let us down several times-it is such a short trip which we understand for the driver. Hotel should reintroduce shuttle, if they wish to continue to claim CLOSEST TO FOXWOODS YES it is the closest, but not easy walking distance

the room and facilities were clean and the staff ws extremly helpful and kind. the restraunt food was good.

the room is a bit dated. the mattress and the t.v are old and the bath tub should be replaced with a walk in shower. the breakfast offered is a bit expensive for what you receive. i have been at other hilton garden inns in other states and the fruit, bagels, muffins, and cereal is usually included if you bought a breakfast platter from menu. here it was additional cost to the already pricy breakfast.

Friendly staff at check in and also the bartender was very personable and very welcoming

Even though the room was very clean and nice, we didn't care for the comfort of the bed. My husband thought it was to firm where I liked how it felt. I however did not like the pillows. They were too soft for me but my husband liked the feel of them. Also there was not a fan in the bathroom for the steam from the shower

Everything was great. Exactly as expected. Clean and room was good size. Staff was excellent. No complaints about the hotel itself

I felt the price was very high for one night considering the room size. I know it's close to the Casino but I shouldn't be paying just as much for 1 night outside the Casino compared to staying at the Casino itself. It was only a $20 difference between the two rooms. I spent 2 nights in the heart of Indianapolis at a Hilton for $50 more then what I paid at this Hilton and that was the center of Indy on New Years Eve and Day.

Great location! Minutes away from the casino. Very quiet. Spacious room. Great staff. Pet friendly.

The jacuzzi was not as big as anticipated/appeared in the photo. The high ceilings gave the room a more spacious feel but at the same time any noise in the room was loud.

Super close to Foxwoods for a concert. Comfy beds. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Restaurant on premises open late. Good menu. Nice check in experience. Friendly staff.

That only certain people get two complimentary bottles of water and the rest of us peons who are paying almost $300 a night for a room, have to pay $3.50 each. Lame Hilton, lame.

i loved my room it had the jetted tub that i wanted and the room was very spacious at that

what i didn't like was that i couldnt get the jetts to work and the tub didnt fill up quick enough for me anyways the other thing i didn't like was the hot tub becasue i was never able to get in and enjoy it because it was always crowded but other than that it was a good place to rent a room

We just needed a place to sleep, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a spacious and pretty double bed room. Clean lobby and clean room. Faint smell of bleach in the room which was reassuring during these Covid times. Ample parking. No free breakfast, but Dunkin was right across the street. They did have free coffee and tea though and they provided a couple of bottles of water in the room, which I thought was very thoughtful. Great location to the casinos. Service was prompt when I asked for a couple of fresh towels. Friendly staff. The rate was pretty affordable and reasonable, but then again, it was a Monday night. Great overall experience! Will definitely return to this hotel.

Called the front desk for a box of tissues since we ran out, but was told that there will be a wait. Not that big of a deal, but the person I spoke with sounded irritated, which rubbed me the wrong way. Could've been busy for them, so who knows.
