Excellent location, plenty to do and places to eat. Lots of pet friendly places.

The cleanliness could have been better.

I do need to say that the coffee was horrible. Extremely watered down in the dining room. Coffee is the only thing I need in the morning and would appreciate. I ended up using the coffee maker in the room but we dont have access to the small dairy creamers without having to go all the way to the dining area. It would of helped if the cleaning staff had a supply of the creamers on the carts. Thanks for allowing me to let you know about this issue.

It was clean and up-to-date and spacious and breakfast was definitely better then most and just a short walk to Dewey beach I highly recommend this place

Rooms have no balcony unless you go for an apartment and those are limited. It seams to me most hotels are getting away from incorporating outside balconys that is a shame Also these are two minor issues The bathroom door is a sliding glass door didn't care for that however it was frosted and shower had clear sliding doors so I'd someone is in shower and another needs to use toilet there's no privacy And the ice machines vent hot air directly into hotel and heat up the hallway in surrounding area witch included the entrance to my room

Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing, though the coffee was terrible! Cheap coffee creamers curdled location was so close to the beach and restaurants. Private beach area on the bay and fantadtic deck area

I think we were on a “pet” wing on 1st floor. Hallway rug had an odor and stained. Sofa cushion in room was shredded in many areas ( from a dog?). Mattress was too soft and needs replacing. One pillow needs replacing. Signs confusing to find ice machine, had to finally go to desk to ask for directions. It was on 2nd floor! Would be much better if on 1st floor. No drinking glasses in room. Had to go to the bar ( no one on duty there), and cleaning staff person gave me 2 wine glasses ( nobody should have to drink wine from paper cup), especially in an upscale hotel that is very expensive! Indoor pool was nice, but couldnt swim laps because its so shallow!

By the water, there’s a bay at the back, big deck with fire pit and a restaurant renovation is currently going on. Nice to hang out by the fire pit and relax.

On tbt website they didn’t say that the outdoor pool was only for the condo owners. There are condos on part of the hotel, residents only can use outdoor pool. There is a small indoor pool which isn’t great to use.

I loved that the location was so close to the Beach. My dogs were able to come along for a pet fee Rooms were spacious however I do wish we had an option for a balcony but due to having pets we were only offered the 1st floor Breakfast was ok and the staff was so nice and approachable. I would recommend and stay again. Hotel was right next to Rusty Rudders and you can order from the light house I am very happy with my selection

Breakfast: Surprised at the healthy options available - boiled eggs in addition to the unhealthy ones, good bread, fresh fruit (not form the can), cereals, yogurt etc. Don't need all those packaged stuff. Fresh eggs would be nice on weekends. Hygiene: Very clean, love the pet friendly option and not having to use an elevator in Covid times. Location: Amazing, 1 block walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, since commercial parking is difficult. Hotel parking was so convenient.

Please have mixed drinks at the bar at least on weekends for early diners. Wished the condos were available to rent. They are limited

Location, rooms very spacious, updated, mostly very clean, queen beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious, breakfast buffet in am, coffee all day, indoor pool

Indoor pool randomly closed for long periods of time for maintenance, including needing to be drained. connecting door - big source of noise of door next door a few parts of the room not being cleaned - telephone, tv connection bar, lamps, and nightstand - caked with dust (i wiped them myself) while we prefer the 2/x week covid cleaning schedule but need to make items like toilet paper, towels, garbage pickup and disposal more available to guests so that we can self help. breakfast was acceptable /ok, typical cafeteria food, especially for the price but would have been extra nice if there were something to look forward to - nice bread, nice yogurt, muffins, waffle, bacon, anything

Perfect location, the beach a block away, and the Bay just behind the hotel with beautiful sunset and a gas fire on the deck!

The room was clean, beds very comfortable, but the couch had a ripped on one of the upholstery. The blinds were coming out of the tracks. In the shower, soap tray wires are coming off. Room managers should inspect not only for cleanliness but also over-all furniture etc..

Location was exceptional! Staff was very nice and super helpful! IMO the breakfast was very good, and staff kept everything well stocked. The room was very nice and modern. Having two Tesla chargers was fantastic!

The only thing I would ding the hotel on was the water pressure in the shower was really low…
