Quality Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach – Dewey

The staff was exceptional! Attentive and friendly! Whenever we made a request, be it for towels, or room key issues or missing part to room coffeemaker, everything was handled quickly and always with a smile. The maintenance man was unbelievable, cleaning floors constantly, replacing pool towels, friendly and always smiling!

I know hotel is undergoing renovation, and under new ownership/management, but I think for a motel of this size breakfast room needs more seating and maybe extra help for the staff, also if they want to compete with larger chains, more variety of foods.

Comfortable, friendly staff. Very grateful to desk staff, I believe Jessica. She was on duty our first 2 days, April 12th and 13th. She was friendly and very accommodating. Assisted us with moving to a new room on our 1st night because our TV did not work and provided several dining and social setting recommendations. Also friendly and accommodating gentleman at breakfast.

Very pleased with our stay. No dislikes

Spacious room. Minimal noise from other rooms (that's not always the case with similarly-priced rooms in other hotels). The location was IDEAL!! In between Rehoboth & Dewey Beaches; we'll be going back :-)

The bathroom was a bit unappealing; the fan was extremely loud. A drop ceiling may not be best in a bathroom. The A/C unit in the room was also very loud - but it did work!!

Wonderful hotel, probably the first I’ve been in that has shown it’s value. Breakfast was amazing too, my boyfriend and I loved the mini waffle maker. The location was on point, close to the boardwalk, the beach, the outlets, gas stations, etc. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like, besides maybe the lighting of the room. All in all, a great stay, will come back next year.

It was very clean and had many amenities. The continental breakfast was pretty standard but was a great bonus. The staff recommended the Rehoboth Ale House next door and their recommendation didn’t disappoint. **BONUS** it was only a 20 minute walk from the Bottle and Cork where we were going to see a concert. 10/10 I’d recommend for the friendly staff and clean rooms

The staff is really nice and friendly. The room was clean and very big. Great location e good breakfast.

The only “problem” for me were the pillows that were more like throw pillows then “sleeping” pillows. So if you are traveling by car I would say take your own pillow. I had to sleep without pillow because the ones they had in the room it wasn’t comfortable for me.

The room was beautifully furnished with plenty of closet space. I liked the extra closet in the sitting area. Breakfast was nice and very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly.

There was a slight odor that was noticeable when you first walked in the room, perhaps carpet needs to be cleaned. In the tub, there was not stopper to take a bath. I had to hold my foot on the drain area. Lobby snacks were definitely overpriced.

Decent size room. We were able to spread out a bit. Good location. Good pool. Decent breakfast. Quiet.

There was some mold in the shower. Someone came quickly to clean that up. Thanks Eric. Pool was cold. Couldn't give a measly extra hour more for a late check out when they were not even at full capacity.

The property was clean inside and out. The pool was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Location was convenient to both Dewey and Rehoboth Beaches, as well as stores and eating establishments.

No complaints about the property. We did have to wait an hour beyond check-in for the room to be ready but the lobby area was comfortable.

The room was great for a family of 6 which included 4 children. The location was great and close to the beach and the Tanger Outlets as well as many restaurants! The front staff were friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and the room had a microwave and refrigerator which was great for my young kids. I will definitely recommend this Quality Inn for families with young kids and anyone in general because it was just perfect for our vacation. Great location, great staff, great amenities!!! Real Quality for sure!!! My family had a great 4 day vacation!!!!! Thank you Quality Inn!!!
