Hampton Inn Rehoboth Beach

The check-in/out process was easy. The front desk staff (Brian & Pamela) were both friendly and professional. The room was clean, and they honored my request to be placed on a certain floor. The hot breakfast was decent. The make your own waffle bar was a hit for the family. Facilities were clean, and you could see staff cleaning throughout the day. I read a review that the barn doors over the room bathroom served dual purposes as the closet door. It was a strange setup but not anything that would deter my stay. I was the only family member who even noticed. The location is perfect since the hotel is only 10 min from the beach. This is a family-friendly hotel. We would stay again and would recommend it to others.

the rooms were new renovated and absolutely fabulous. Super quiet. The snacks in the lobby were great for late night ice cream runs. mini game room and indoor pool were a plus. The complimentary breakfast was beyond our expectations.

My clock by the bed was set with an incorrect time and me nor the front desk could figure out how to reset it. I was told they no longer clean your room unless you specifically request it (which was great in my eyes) but our trash was emptied so someone entered our room.

We absolutely loved our stay! The front desk receptionist that helped us a majority of the time, Morgan was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nicely updated. The pool was clean and the space was a nice temperature not to hot or cold.

My only complaint is that I suggest one big trashcan in a room as the small ones fill up quickly especially with a family staying and I felt bad not being able to properly throw trash out for housekeeping.

Overall a good and comfortable room. Pleasurable staff.

Didn't like no water provided to take to room as other Hampton Inns provide. There was no maid service to clean room and provide towels daily. The breakfast ok but nothing special like other Hampton Inns. Please don't put black and bruised bananas on display. Use Princeton New Jersey as an outstanding Hampton Inn. It was a lot more affordable.

The hotel is generally very nice. Looks good, seems clean, comfy beds.

1) The bathtub in my room was gross. I’m not sure if the finish was coming off the bottom or what, but it looked dirty, and I wasn’t getting closer to check it out. 2) After I left, I was charged the full price of my room + taxes and they still had the room cost + taxes + $50 on hold from my account! It took 2 days to clear! The thing I don’t get is why wouldn’t they just put through the actual room charge on the hold and refund the difference. The casinos do it that way and it’s easier and you’re not tying up someone’s money while it gets straightened out.

I love the Bedroom and the bathroom room. The bathroom is very modern and have shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. It was very nice to use. I love the comfortable large than normal queen size bed. The breakfast was delicious.

It was warm in the hallway to the room.

It was the best experience for my whole family. We had the best breakfast there, it beats any restaurants anywhere. Room was fantastic. It was our first time at a Hampton Inn. Since then my family has stayed in two more Hampton Inn and we truly enjoyed them both. We now have a place we can depend on. Thank you and your staff for doing a great job.

No maid service unless requested. I had to ask for towels and place cans outside my door. Not what I expected for a six night stay. Future bookings will ensure I fully know about the hotel before making reservations. Also, I did not receive a hotel receipt during check-out per the front desk due to 3rd party booking which was booked by Booking.com. Currently, I am still waiting for my hotel receipt from Booking.com

We liked: the room, bed, bath. We loved reception specifically their friendliness, expertise, and speed. We liked the breakfast, especially the staff on duty who kept everything spotless clean and her graciousness. We liked the ease and speed of check out and nearby parking. We like being 4 minutes away from the Whitford 20th Anniversary of 9-11. Attended by numerous fire departments, the mayor, with other local notables.

Nothing. Everything was in order and professional.

Breakfast was good. Location was also acceptable.

In our opinion. it was a little on the expensive considering the time of year was not yet summer and the location is an extended way from the beach.
