Hotel Rehoboth

I loved the staff. They were all friendly and accommodating, and it all felt genuine. The feel of the entire hotel was relaxed, well-tended and comfortable. Although we didn't end up using it, the shuttle was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

I have only two small complaints. I wish the shuttle went a little later than 6pm. Also, the TV was difficult (not intuitive) to control with the remote, and it was slow to respond. One other little thing, when I asked for an 11:30 am checkout, staff at check-in said it would be OK, but the woman at check out initially said no. When I said we'd been told it was OK at check in, she relented and let us stay until 11:30. Because it was just a half hour at issue, and because of the elevated status of this hotel, I thought it was made too big an issue. You want customers leaving with the best feeling about your facility.

This is a wonderful hotel. A lovely spacious room. Goos air con, kept the room cool but not too loud. There was a fridge in the room. Spacious bathroom and shower. It was a nice touch having a washing line in the shower. perfect for drying swimwear are the beach or pool. There were lots of comfortable seating areas around the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection of food. the restaurant was busy every night. Definitely worth booking, the food was very tasty. Lots of nice touches like the turn down service and a wee chocolate. Cookies at 8pm every night. The shuttle to the beach was very handy, a long with access to beach chairs and towels. Easy access to ice and a water station to fill up water bottles. There was a laundry room, it was easy to use. I honestly feel the hotel had everything we needed.

The swimming pool is small. Big enough for a dip to cool you down. the seating area around the pool was lovely.

Breakfast was good both days that we were there. The person who drove the golf cart to take us and pick us up from the beach was very accommodating. His name was Eddie. He helped us take the chairs to the beach and when it came time to return he picked them up and took them back. He was extremely helpful and patient He helped me to get on and off the cart by having a step stool and assisted me with getting on and off of the cart. All of staff I met greeted me kindly . All in all it was an very good visit and I will return.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The fridge was handy. Privacy curtain was a nice touch. It was cooler than we expected but the heat worked well and the bed was very comfortable for a good nights rest. Location great located a short walk from the beach. Filtered water for bottle refills. Classy robe and slippers available for relaxing in. Very quiet community at night for sleeping. Free FULL Breakfasts at LUPO ITALIAN KITCHEN every morning included in room rate! Also Dinners there are excellent!

We could'nt get the bathroom vent to work. Also we didn't find any air freshener.

I'm OCD about cleanliness, and spend hours reading reviews when booking a hotel. It was very clean and pretty! Staff excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

When I initially booked a month earlier, and we had a huge snow/ ice event. Monica(?) actually argued with me on the phone when I canceled on 11:00am, 3 days prior to my stay. Check in is at 3 . She said I had missed my 72 hr. window because of the time I had booked the reservation. Made no sense. But she talked to her boss and I got my refund. I realize everyone makes mistakes. I was almost not going to book there again. But I did and I'm so glad. It was elegant, clean, drinks and dessert were exceptional, breakfast was good, and staff was great. Definitely will return!!

I've stayed here a few times and the highlight has always been the staff and the awesome breakfast! This was the first time I also was able to take advantage of the beach shuttle. Eddie is the BEST and I loved the ease of jumping on the mini-shuttle when I was ready to go to the beach and calling when I was ready to get picked up. Bonus that beach towels and chairs are included!

No red wine at the cheese and wine happy hour. No fans available for the rooms.

It was a great hotel to stay at for the location. There was a ferry to take you to and from the beach if you didn’t want to walk. We pretty much walked everywhere though and only took the ferry once. The hotel is fancier in person then by the pictures and everyone is friendly that works at the hotel.

The place could have been a little closer to the beach. If you are looking for beachfront or to park the car for the week you may want to find something closer. But there wasn’t really anything about the hotel we did not like, everything was exceptional.

it’s always a fav spot for us. it’s central to all the places we like to eat, bars we hang out at and shops we enjoy visiting. staff is very friendly and always are accommodating.

my only qualm was that I booked this trip for our very 1st wedding anniversary as a surprise for my husband. when I made the reservation, I made sure to tell them the reason for the visit. That evening, after our 1st night out, we came back to our room to find a card on our table addressed to “Mr. + Ms. Joubert”. yes, I know this was an easy mistake, but in such a LGBTQ+ friendly area, I’m surprised that they still assumed rather than double checking with me 1st. as minor of a hiccup as this was, I was still a little disappointed. we love this hotel. and will continue to visit for our anniversary, as our stay is always a great one, but I do hope in the future that they don’t assume the couple that is checking in is a heterosexual one.

We've enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rehoboth. Now we can say we were returning customers :-) The location of the hotel is excellent, on-site parking is a huge plus. We've enjoyed the interaction with the hotel staff. All staff members are very friendly and demonstrate true hospitality. Each evening they had wine, cheese and crackers "happy hour" to mingle with other guests (because of the weather it was a great options). Great breakfast options in the restaurant downstairs.

The weather wasn't really nice, but other than that we couldn't complain about anything else.

The hotel is amazing, it’s as beautiful as it shows in the pictures, warm staff and the rooms are gorgeous and cozy. They offer special amenities that make everything even more special. Would recommend it to anyone and would come back any time!

I got a bit upset that on the day of the trip the rate dropped to half of what I’d paid for, which was quite pricy (for my budget). Just my luck, I guess!
