The location was amazing! Didn't expect that there was a $6 toll to get to the hotel every time you went off the island, surprise! But, there's plenty to do and see while there, full of upper end restaurants and beautiful beaches. There is a Publix just down the street, as well as a general store on island. Publix will be cheaper, even with the toll.

The room didn't cool down as much as I would have liked, but it wasn't uncomfortable.

Location was awesome. We walked everywhere. It was very quiet and a large apartment for the 4 of us. Large screened in porch that we used a lot. Kitchen was nice and renovated. We would stay again.

Another bathroom would have been nice (we stayed in a 2 br. apartment), but since this is an old house, probably hard or not possible to renovate.

Very quite and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room, #3, had one small air conditioner which had a hard time cooling, especially in bedroom and bath. Our daughter stayed in room 6 which was very comfortable.

I liked the location. It was only a couple blocks away from the beach. Boca grande island is a nice place to visit. It was so quiet and clean. Me and my wife walked around with no shoes on.

There was a huge insect dead by the toilet in the bathroom. I had to get rid of it before my wife would go in there.

The location of this property couldn't be better. It is a great house. Its a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. You share a common front door with the other apartments in the house. Which the one we had was giant! The check in is at a resort and right on the road to the house. five minute stop and we were ready to check in. On street parking was simple and abundant. Plenty of room for our family of five. Literally, enough rooms so everyone could have their own room. If you have a large group this is the place. Large dining room table, great kitchen, screen room, and great bathroom. it is historic home so the building is old, but doesn't look it. All appliances fixtures etc. are modern and top notch. I will be back.

Loved it all. Street parking was a fear, but unfounded as there was plenty. There was an extra $20 per person for everyone over four.

When for my fiancé bday to this location was amazing experience very happy that we selected this location was very close the water, and restaurants.

The room I had up getting bathroom was across the hall it was ours only to use but getting up in middle of night To peed was not ideal but I would stay there again despite that to be honest.

The facility certainly could use some up grades, the lack of electrical plugs and safety plugs should be a priority. The bed was good but would have liked a comfortable chair in the living area.

Clean great location

Bed was a bit old and soft and comforter was thin and seemed old. There should be info sent out early on about checking in at other hotel for key. Room looked alot bigger in photos but it was fine. The kitchen could use a dish towel.

clean, quiet, newly renovated, comfortable, private. Staff kindly brought up a chair that I requested.

A/C worked well but a bit noisy with frequent off/on overnight. The stools in the kitchen were not adequate for a good sit-and-read for an old guy😁.

Great location, friendly folks everywhere, renting a golf cart is a must! Cute place

Sofa pull out bed was "unsleepable", needed a new mattress really bad, other bed was fine. Needed kitchen stuff for 4 as that is room capacity. Kitchen had only a few mismatched things. Wine glaaes would have been nice!
